Lors de la phase retour du piston creux 18, la chambre 8 retrouve ses dimensions initiales c'est-à-dire que l'on crée une dépression dans l'espace formé par la chambre 8 et l'alésage 17, ce qui provoque le retour de la bille 19 contre l'épaulement 20 fermant ainsi la communication des alésages 17 et 18 et dans ce cas la dépression créée dans l'espace 8, 18 provoque le retrait de la bille vers l'intérieur dudit espace laissant ainsi le produit se trouvant dans la chambre 7 de remplir à nouveau la chambre 8 jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait équilibre de pressions entre les deux côtés.
