Abstract

Plate-shaped holding means (3) for fastening frames, plates, glass panes or the like to a supporting structure are proposed. The holding means (3) are each rotatably fastened to the supporting structure by means of fastening screws (2). The holding means (3) are designed so that the frame or the like can be easily positioned in the installation position for mounting on the supporting structure. In the end position, the frames or the like are held by the holding means (3), the narrow sides (3 ') of which are at least partially supported on side faces (6) of the respectively adjacent frames or the like. The holding means (3) also have a reverse rotation lock.

Description

  • The invention relates to the fastening of frames, plates, glass panes or the like. According to the preamble of claim 1.
  • When fastening the type mentioned (for example according to DE-GM 8.714.057), the holding means engage in the space between multi-pane glass panes. The holding means are not secured in the end position, so that there is a risk that the glass panes will come loose.
    • The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a fastening of the type mentioned in such a way that the holding means are secured in the end position.
    • The object is achieved in that the holding means in the end position are supported with their narrow sides at least partially on side surfaces of the respective adjacent frames, plates, glass panes or the like.
    • According to a special embodiment of the invention, the narrow sides of the holding means have inclined surfaces that run at least partially parallel to one another. It is preferred in this case that the holding means essentially have the base area of a parallelogram, since this then results in the optimal support of the narrow sides on the side faces. The acute angle α of the parallelogram is adapted to the distance S of the opposite side surfaces. The stops of the frame, plates, glass panes or the like are preferably designed as stop bars.
    • According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding means each have an anti-rotation lock. This preferably consists of a projection directed toward the supporting structure, the edges of which run parallel to the inclined surfaces of the narrow sides and the width V of which is adapted to the distance A of the stops. If the area between the frames, plates, glass panes or the like is to be sealed with sealing strips to the outside of the construction, it is recommended that the fastening screws each have an assembly aid in the form of a tube which can be plugged onto the screw head and which extends over the outer edge of the frame , Plates, glass panes or the like. In order to make it easier to fit the tube onto the screw head, the tube preferably has a longitudinal slot at the end of the screw head.
  • The manufacture of the holding means designed according to the invention is simplified in particular by starting from extruded starting material.
  • The invention is explained in more detail using the following exemplary embodiments. It shows

  • FIGS. 1/2 schematically show the fastening of frames 1 a - 1 d to a support structure (not shown in more detail) by means of fastening screws 2 and elongated, plate-shaped holding means 3 according to FIG. 3.
    • Fig. 1 shows the assembly of the frame 1 d. In the present example, the frames la-1 are already essentially assembled. The holding means 3 are arranged in the installation position. In a preferred embodiment, the holding means 3 essentially have the base area of a parallelogram. The narrow sides 3 'thus have inclined surfaces 4 running parallel to one another.
    • The fastening screws 2 each pass through a bore 5 of the holding means 3, so that the holding means 3 bears against the screw head 2 '. The fastening screws 2 are provisionally inserted in screw holes in the supporting structure.
    • The holding means 3 have a width B such that the frames 1a-1d can be pushed past them in the installed position. After the frame 1d has been used, the fastening screws 2 can be actuated and rotated in the direction of the arrows shown in FIG. 1. The holding means 3 are each carried by friction until the inclined surfaces 4 are supported on adjacent side surfaces 6 of the frames 1 and 1 d or 1 and 1. The turning process is further facilitated in that diagonally opposite corners of the holding means 3 are rounded.
    • The fastening screws 2 are tightened until the holding means 3 rest on stops 7 set back from the outer edge of the frames 1a-1d. Then the end position according to FIG. 2 is reached.
  • Fig. 4 shows in detail a vertical section along line IV-IV in Fig. 1. Insulated glass panes 8 in the sense of an all-glass facade (so-called "structral glazing") are glued onto the frames 1c and 1d here. The fastening screws 2 are provisionally in a screw groove 9 of a hori zontal extending rung profile 10 of a supporting structure used. The frames 1c and 1d are each provided with sealing strips 11. In order to ensure that the screw heads 2 'of the fastening screws 2 can be found again despite these sealing strips 11, a tube 12 made of plastic or the like is attached to the screw heads 2' as an assembly aid, the diameter D of which does not exceed the width B of the holding means 3 (cf. Fig. 3). In order to facilitate the plugging on, the tube 12 is provided with an end longitudinal slot 13. The stops 7 of the frame 1 and 1 are formed by stop bars.
  • By means of a screwing tool 14, which passes through the tube 12, the fastening screws 2 can be turned until the inclined surfaces 4 of the holding means 3 are supported on the side surfaces 6 of the frames 1c and 1d or until the holding means 3 are on the
    • Stop strips 7 rest and thus the end position according to FIG. 5 is reached. Then the tubes 12 can be removed. The acute angle α of the holding means 3 (cf. FIG. 3) is in each case adapted to the spacing 5 of the side surfaces 6 so that the inclined surfaces 4 can be supported continuously on the side surfaces 6.
    • For the holding means 3, an anti-rotation lock of the end position is provided in the form of a projection 15 integrated into the holding means 3, the edges 15 'of which run essentially parallel to the inclined surfaces 4 and the width V of which is adapted to the distance A of the stop bars 7.
    • The holding means 3 are preferably produced from an extruded starting material 16 according to FIG. 6 by separating the individual holding means 3 and then drilling the bores 5.

Claims (10)

1.Fixing of frames, plates, glass panes or the like, each of which is held in a form-fitting manner on a supporting structure by means of fastening screws (2) and elongated holding means (3) lying against the screw heads (2 '), the essentially plate-shaped holding means ( 3) can be rotated and have a width B such that the frames, plates, glass panes or the like can be pushed past these in the installation position of the holding means (3) in the direction of the supporting structure, and the holding means (3) in the end position rest against the outer edge of the frames, plates, glass panes or the like set back stops (7),
