Claims (5)
- Une machine pour le moulage centrifuge d'alliages non ferreux tels que des articles décoratifs pour les vêtements, des pièces d'étain et de petites pièces métalliques, du type comprenant une embase de support (1) logeant au moins un moule en élastomère (2), comportant des moyens (3) pour faire tourner ledit moule (2) autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical, et un creuset (7) relié à ladite machine (2) par un conduit sensiblement horizontal (5) permettant de fournir par le dessus une quantité prédéterminée de métal fondu audit moule (2), caractérisé par un dispositif pour fournir ladite quantité prédéterminée de métal fondu, et comprenant:- un manchon (8), au moins partiellement plongé dans le bain liquide (6) dudit creuset, à l'intérieur duquel manchon un piston plongeur (9) est susceptible de se déplacer alternativement, de façon étanche,- au moins une ouverture latérale (12) dans ledit manchon (8), en communication avec le métal fondu dudit creuset et,- une ouverture de sortie (15) reliée audit conduit (5) pour fournir ladite quantité prédéterminée de métal fondu au moule (2), ledit creuset (7) étant sensiblement à la même hauteur du moule (2),- ledit manchon (8) comportant un trajet en siphon comprenant une cavité cylindrique (11) à l'intérieur de laquelle ledit piston plongeur (9) est susceptible de se déplacer, et un canal (13), parallèle à ladite cavité, et présentant une section transversale inférieure à celle de ladite cavité, et communiquant avec ladite cavité par un passage (14).
- Une machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit creuset (7) et ledit moule (2) sont disposés sensiblement à la même hauteur.
- Une machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un organe d'actionnement (10) est prévu pour entraîner en déplacement alternatif ledit piston plongeur (9).
- Une machine selon la revendications 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'actionnement (10) est un vérin pneumatique.
- Une machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'actionnement (10) est un vérin hydraulique.
