Durch die DE-28 27 873 ist eine wiederverschließbare, quaderförmige Faltschachtel bekannt, bei der ein mit der hinteren Seitenwand über eine Faltlinie verbundener Verschlußlappen, welcher in der Schließlage auf zwei über Faltlinien mit den Seitenwänden verbundenen, ein­geklappten Seitenlappen liegt, über eine Faltlinie mit einer Einsteckzunge verbunden ist, wobei ein über eine Faltlinie mit der vorderen Seitenwand verbundener Verschlußlappen in der Schließlage auf dem hinteren Verschlußlappen liegt und mit demselben verklebt ist, und wobei ferner zwischen dem vorderen Verschlußlappen und der Vorderwand eine Schwächungslinie vorgesehen ist, die in den Randbereichen in der gemeinsamen Falt­linie und dem mittleren Bereich in der Vorderwand ver­läuft. Dabei weist der hintere Verschlußlappen Schwächungslinien auf, die zwei Randzonen begrenzen, welche mittels Leimstreifen mit den Seitenlappen fest verbunden sind, wobei die Schwächungslinien nach dem Auftrennen der Schwächungslinie im Bereich der Falt­linie beim Aufklappen des hinteren Verschlußlappens durchgetrennt werden. Das Verschließen dieser Falt­ schachtel erfolgt in der Weise, daß nach dem Füllen der bodenseitig verschlossenen Faltschachtel die bei­den Seitenlappen eingeklappt werden. Diese beiden Sei­tenlappen tragen auf ihren Außenwandflächen je einen Leimstreifen. Hierauf wird dann der Verschlußlappen gegen die eingeklappten Seitenlappen gelegt und gleichzeitig die Einsteckzunge in den von der vorderen Seitenwand und den der vorderen Seitenwand zugekehrten Rändern der eingeklappten Seitenlappen gebildeten Schlitz eingeführt. Anschließend wird dann der an der vorderen Seitenwand angefaltete Randlappen, der drei sich zu einem U ergänzende Leimstreifen auf seiner Innenwandfläche trägt,auf den Verschlußlappen mit der ein­gesteckten Einsteckzunge geklappt,so daß beim Anklappen dieses Randlappens auf die Außenwandfläche des Verschluß­lappens eine feste Klebeverbindung geschaffen wird. Um die Faltschachtel zu öffnen, muß die über eine Schwächungslinie in der vorderen Seitenwand ausgebildete weitere Zunge soweit eingedrückt werden, bis im Bereich dieser Schwächungslinie eine Trennung erfolgt und die Zunge erfaßt werden kann, um auch noch die Schwächungsabschnitte zu beiden Seiten der Zunge aufzutrennen. Dadurch besteht die Möglichkeit, die Einsteckzunge aus ihrer Stecklage herauszureißen und den Verschlußlappen aufzuklappen. Dabei werden die im Verschlußlappen ausgebildeten Schwächungslinien aufgerissen, so daß verbleibende Randzonen des Ver­schlußlappens an den Seitenlappen kleben bleiben. Nach Entnahme eines Teils des Produktes der Falt­schachtel läßt sich diese wieder verschließen, indem der verbleibende Abschnitt des Verschlußlappens mit der Einsteckzunge heruntergeklappt und die Einsteck­zunge eingesteckt wird. Durch die mehrfache Verklebung der einzelnen Verschlußlappen miteinander und durch die Anbringung mehrerer Schwächungs- bzw. Der Vorteil dieser Faltschachtel liegt darin, daß ohne zusätzliches Material die spätere Einsteck­zunge aus der Schachtelwand ausgebrochen wird und daß bei geschlossener Originalpackung ein unbefugtes Öffnen der Schachtel sofort erkannt werden kann. Nach Erstöffnen der Faltschachtel wird die ausgebrochene Einsteckzunge in den von den beiden Seitenlaschen und der oberen Kante des halsartigen Abschnittes gebildeter Schlitz an der Stirnseite von oben eingesteckt. Dies hat den Vor­teil, daß durch das Wiederverschließen der Schachtel die Stabilität gewährleistet ist und die ursprüngliche Dicke beibehält. Das Einstecken der Einsteckzunge in die Schachtel ist daher einfach. Außerdem ist ein hoher Produktschutz bei verschlossener Faltschachtel gegeben. Die Faltschachtel ist maschinengängig; sie wird als flachliegender Zuschnitt geklebt, vom Karto­nierer aufgerichtet und zur Befüllstation transportiert. Die Faltschachtel ist von einfachem konstruktivem Aufbau. Der flachliegende Faltzuschnitt der Faltschachtel ist mit handelsüblichen Kartonierern aufrichtbar und verschließ­bar. Trotz der Verwendung eines halsartigen Abschnittes ist ein materialsparender Faltzuschnitt geschaffen. Vor­ der- und Rückseite bieten hervorragende Gestaltungs­möglichkeiten. Nach dem Aufrichten und Befüllen der Faltschachtel ist eine einfache Verklebung des Kopf- und Fußbereichs möglich. Durch Vollklebung wird ein guter Staubschutz erhalten, so daß ein nachträglicher Volleinschlag oder eine zusätzliche Verpackung der Faltschachtel entfällt. Durch Wegfall einer Weiterver­packung, d.h.zusätzlichen Verpackung, in Form einer Blisterpackung oder in Form eines Cellophan- oder Kunststoffolieneinschlages trägt die Faltschachtel zur Umweltschonung bei. Durch den Verzicht einer zusätzlichen Schutzverpackung ist in der Transport- und Lagerkette eine höhere Flächen- und Volumennutzung möglich. Die Faltschachtel ist verklebt, staubge­schützt, originalverschlossen und wiederverschließbar; sie ist einfach handhabbar und variabel zu gestalten. Eine problemlose Verarbeitung ist möglich. Wiederverschließbare, quaderförmige Faltschach­tel mit einer hinteren Seitenwand (11), einer vorderen Seitenwand (12), zwei die hintere (11) und die vordere Seitenwand (12) miteinander verbindenden Seitenwänden (13,14) und einem Boden­teil (20,21), wobei ein mit der hinteren Seiten­wand (11) über eine Faltlinie (41) verbundener Verschlußlappen (40), der in der Schließlage auf zwei über Faltlinien (26,32) mit den die hintere (11) mit der vorderen Seitenwand (12) verbindenden Seitenwänden (13,14) verbundenen, eingeklappten Seitenlappen (24,30) liegt, eine Einsteckzunge (36) trägt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsteck­zunge (36) aus der vorderen (11) oder hinteren Sei­tenwand (12) der Faltschachtel (10) herausbrechbar ist.1. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Seitenwand (12) von einem oberen (19′) und einem unteren Seitenwandteil (19) gebildet ist,wo­bei die beiden Seitenteile (19,19′) übereinander­liegend sind, daß die Einsteckzunge (36) über eine im vorderen Kantenbereich (40a) des Ver­schlußlappens (40) liegende Faltlinie (37) mit einem an der Innenwandfläche (40b) des Verschluß­lappens (40) befestigten Befestigungslappen (35) verbunden und über eine Schwächungs- oder Soll­bruchlinie (38) an dem oberen Seitenwandteil (19′) der vorderen Seitenwand (12) gehalten ist, wobei das obere Seitenwandteil (19′) über eine Faltlinie (15) mit einer (13) der beiden Seitenwände (13,14) und das untere, einen halsartigen Abschnitt bildende Seitenwandteil (19) über eine Faltlinie (18) mit der Seitenwand (14) verbunden ist,und an seinem freien Ende einen angefalteten, an der Innenwandfläche (13a) der Seitenwand (13) zur Anlage kommenden Randlappen (45) aufweist,so daß beim Aufreißen der Einsteckzunge (36) diese zusammen mit dem Verschlußlappen (40) zur Frei­gabe der Faltschachtelöffnung anhebbar ist, wobei die obere Kante des an dem Seitenwandteil (19′) befestig­ten Seitenwandteils (19) zusammen mit den der Randkante gegenüberliegenden Randkanten der Seitenlappen (24,30) an den Seitenwänden (13,14) einen Einsteckschlitz für die Einsteckzunge (36) begrenzen, die in diesen Schlitz einsteckbar ist.2. b) mit zu beiden Seiten des Seitenwandabschnit­tes (111) über Faltlinien (16,17) mit die­sem verbundenen Seitenwandabschnitten (113, 114), wobei jeder Seitenwandabschnitt (113;114) an seinen beiden Enden über Faltlinien (26,27; 32,33) mit je einem Seitenlappenabschnitt (124, 125; 130,131) versehen ist, der sich zu seinem freien Ende trapezförmig verjüngt,
c) mit einem Seitenwandteilabschnitt (119), der über eine Faltlinie (18) mit einem (114) der beiden Seitenwandabschnitte (113,114) verbunden ist und der auf seiner Außenwandfläche (19d) unter Freilassung einer oberen Anlagefläche (19a) einen Klebemittelauftrag (54) aufweist,wobei der Seitenwandteilabschnitt (119) an seinem freien Ende über eine Faltlinie (46) mit einem Randlap­penabschnitt (145) versehen ist, der eine der Breite des Seitenwandteilabschnittes (114) ent­sprechende Breite aufweist,
d) mit einem mit dem Seitenwandabschnitt (113) über eine Faltlinie (15) verbundenen Seitenwand­teilabschnitt (119′), der einendseitig über eine Faltlinie (22) einen Bodenverschlußlappenab­schnitt (120) mit einem an seiner Innenwandflä­che (120a) vorgesehenen Klebemittelauftrag (50) versehen ist und der an seinem anderen Ende einen über eine Schwächungs- und Sollbruchlinie (38) mit dem Seitenwandteilabschnitt (119′) verbundenen und in diesem ausgebildeten Einsteckzungenabschnitt (136) trägt, der über eine Faltlinie (37) mit einem Befestigungslappenabschnitt (135) verse­hen ist, der auf seiner Außenwandfläche (135a) einen Klebemittelauftrag (51) trägt und dessen Abmessungen denen des Verschlußlappenabschnittes (140) entspricht,
besteht, wobei der Seitenwandabschnitt (111)) und der Seitwandteilabschnitt (119′) mit dem Einsteckzungenab­schnitt (136) gleiche Formen und Abmessungen, die bei­den Seitenwandabschnitte (113,114)gleiche Formen und Ab­messungen und die Bodenverschlußlappenabschnitte (120, 121), der Befestigungslappenabschnitt (135) und der Verschlußlappenabschnitt (140) gleiche Formen und Ab­messungen aufweisen, und daß die Fläche des Seitenwand­teilabschnittes (119) der halben Fläche des Seitenwand­abschnittes (111) bzw. des Seitenwandteilabschnittes (119′) mit integrierter Einsteckzung (36) entspricht.8.
