Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an armchair according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known armchair of this type (
The same applies to a known armchair of a comparable type, in which an inclination adjustment of the seat part and the backrest is provided in the ratio of 1: 2 during the transition from the working position to the rest position (WO 86 00508 - Fig. 6.6a).
The problem of a strong limitation of the pivoting of the backrest to the rear because of the impending risk of the armchair tipping remains unsolved in another known armchair (DE 37 35 256 A1). With this armchair, it is only possible to lower the rear part of the seat and to incline the backrest connected to the seat, the front part of the seat tiel remains almost unchanged with the same inclination and at the same height level as the inclination of the backrest.
The same applies to a known piece of seating (GM 88 06 835), in which a seat articulated on a support arm and the associated backrest articulated via swivel levers on the support arm can be tilted backwards without relative movement between clothing and backrest.
On the other hand, it is known to horizontally shift a pivot axis arranged in the region of the front edge of the seat surface of the armchair (EP-OS 0 309 804). The seat and back assembly of this armchair is pivotally supported by the rear end of side arms which form a center of gravity located at or near the center of gravity of the chair when it is occupied. It is therefore not possible to design this armchair without armrests.
The invention has for its object to develop a chair of the type mentioned in such a way that a comfortable, following the active body motor, further pivoting of the backrest in relation to the seat is possible automatically and continuously when transferred to the rest position, without endangering the stability of the chair would.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.
With such a design, the overall center of gravity of the unit consisting of the armchair and armchair user is kept almost in the vicinity of the support column by a joint forward movement of the rocker arm, seat surface and backrest together with the user of the armchair.
As a result, a further extreme pivoting of the backrest to the rear, which increases comfort, is possible without the risk of tipping over.
In an embodiment according to claim 2, there is a relatively smooth transfer of the chair from the working position to the rest position and vice versa.
In further configurations according to claims 3 to 5 and 7, there is an extremely soft and continuous transfer from the working position to the sitting position and vice versa.
In one embodiment of the armchair according to claim 6 it is achieved that the front edge of the seat remains approximately at the same height when the armchair is adjusted to its different working positions and thus the feet of the armchair user do not lift off the floor. A safe and wear-resistant displacement of the first pivot axis is ensured by an appropriate design of the displacement bearings.
In an embodiment according to claim 8, a simple structure of the armchair is possible with an extremely wide projection of the backrest to the rear. The features of claim 9 ensure that the body motor return from the rest position to the working position can be carried out without significant physical effort by the chair user.
A design according to
Moreover, it should be noted that according to claim 9 (last part of the sentence), the spring restoring force for resetting the chair from the rest position to the working position can be adjusted according to the weight of the chair user. With an optimal Adjustment of the preload results in a comfortable suspension of the seat.
Overall, the armchair combines the pleasant suspension comfort of its seat with the possibility of transferring it to any reclined position, which in this way leads to dynamic sitting, adapting to the respective needs of the individual. In addition, an extreme bending back of the spine, combined with a corresponding stretching of the stomach and abdominal region, is possible through an extremely wide pivoting of the backrest, which often corresponds to a need of the user. In all of this, the user always has a pleasant seat and back contact.
The invention is explained below with the aid of an exemplary embodiment.

The armchair has an inclinable seat 5 with padding S '. Likewise, a backrest R and a base frame comprising a height-
In the working position, the seat surface S runs approximately horizontally to the backrest R and forms an angle of approximately 90 ° with it.
In the rest position, in which the seat S is inclined extremely backward, it forms an obtuse angle to the backrest R. The transfer of the armchair from the working position into the rest position and into the intermediate position is effected by pivoting the backrest R in the body. The same applies to the pivoting from the rest position into the working position, which pivoting is, however, largely supported by spring means (Fig. 6,7). All set positions of the armchair can be determined by locking means. The
These sliding bearings are formed by square sleeves. In the square sleeves, the free ends of the
In the sliding
The displacement movement results in a shift in the center of gravity of the unit consisting of seat part S,
These transfer means are described in detail below as follows: The transfer means essentially comprise two pairs of
The pair of
The movements of the pairs of
Dadurch nähert sich der Anschlußnippel 40c des Seils 40, der in Verbindung mit dem Anlageteil A steht, auf das rückseitige Ende der Hülle 40a zugezogen, entgegen der rückstellenden Kraft der Schraubenfeder 37.Already by the transfer means of the armchair, by means of which the swivel movement of the backrest R, which is caused by the body motor, can be converted into the displacement movement, a reduction in the Relative movement between the clothing of the user and the backrest when transferring the armchair into the rest position is achieved by the seat surface S 'pivoted slightly about the
In addition, the prerequisites for a further minimization of this relative movement result from the fact that the system part A can be displaced in
