Definitions
- the invention relates to a reinforcement for the connection of a balcony slab on the outside of a building wall in connection with a reinforced concrete ceiling, with a shear reinforcement and with a heat-insulating plate integrated in the reinforcement, in particular a plate made of insulating foam, which is arranged in the region of the outside of the building wall is.
- the invention is particularly concerned with thermal insulation in combination with the required reinforced concrete reinforcement for the manufacture of balcony slab connections in building construction.
- the known reinforcement elements which should be suitable for this purpose, consist of a block of insulating foam in connection with the statically required reinforced concrete reinforcement or parts thereof.
- the known constructions are either disadvantageous due to their complicated structure or have disadvantages insofar as corrosion can occur in the connection between stainless reinforcing bars and normal reinforcing steel (this connection is made, for example, by welding) through the formation of local elements.
- Another disadvantage is the long-term deflection due to the very short pressure anchor.
- the known reinforcement elements do not have adequate protection against corrosive influences in the area the heat insulation inevitably forms condensate.
- the known reinforcement elements are not suitable to comply with current fire protection regulations or they have an inadequate thermal insulation effect.
- the reinforcement bars shown in FIGS. 4 and 2 and 3 of DE-PS 30 05 571 with sloping sections are aligned horizontally and are therefore not suitable for absorbing shear forces of the balcony slab. Rather, these reinforcement bars of DE-C-30 05 571 serve to bridge expansion joints, as are provided for particularly long balcony slabs, to absorb stresses due to temperature differences between the balcony slab and the wall to which they are connected.
- the invention has for its object to avoid the disadvantages of the known reinforcement elements and to provide a universally applicable reinforcement of the type mentioned.
- this object is achieved in that the reinforcement is composed of a tensile, a compressive and a shear reinforcement that the bars of Tension, the pressure and the shear reinforcement are guided through openings in the plate, and that the bars of the tension, pressure and shear reinforcement are provided with a corrosion-protective coating in their area accommodated in the plate and in areas lying on both sides of the plate are.
- An advantage of the reinforcement according to the invention in which the plate made of heat-insulating material, the height of which preferably corresponds to the thickness of the balcony slab, ensures the required heat insulation values, is that the shear reinforcement (at least one reinforcement bar) arranged in the plate made of heat-insulating material can have legs of sufficient length. in order to be able to transfer the shear forces into the adjoining balcony slab or into the ceiling of the building at the same height.
- the shear reinforcement is treated with a protective effect on at least the critical area on both sides of the plate made of heat-insulating material, for example with is provided with a plastic coating.
- the plastic covering preferred according to the invention (eg the covering made of an epoxy resin) not only protects against corrosion, but practically impairs the composite properties of the ribbed concrete reinforcing bars Not.
- the heat-insulating plate is set back from the outside of the building wall, preferably 1.5 to 3 cm.
- the heat-insulating plate has at least one projection on its surface facing the outside of the wall, which is preferably glued or foamed to the plate. This distance projection keeps it at the correct distance from the outside of the wall when concreting.
- This setback of the slab on the one hand achieves a very small connection area between the wall and balcony slab concrete and thus only a very narrow cold bridge, and on the other hand ensures a sufficiently thick concrete protective layer with sufficient fire-retardant effect.
- the thickness of the approximately 15 to 30 mm thick concrete bridge corresponds to the normally required concrete cover thicknesses for reinforcing bars.
- a building with an outer wall 5 is provided in the area of a floor ceiling 7 with a balcony or a loggia with a balcony slab 6.
- a tensile reinforcement 2 and a shear reinforcement 3 with several, adjacent reinforcement bars are provided in the connection area of the balcony plate 6.
- the reinforcement bars of the tensile reinforcement 2 and the reinforcement bars of the pressure reinforcement 3 can have a length which is sufficient to ensure the necessary length of connection for connection to the rest of the reinforcement in the area of the ceiling 7 and the concrete slab 6. But it is also possible to design the bars of the tensile reinforcement 2 and the pressure reinforcement 3 so long that they simultaneously form the reinforcement in the area of the floor ceiling 7 and / or the balcony slab 6.
- a shear reinforcement 1 is also provided, which also consists of several reinforcement bars lying next to one another.
- the reinforcement bars of all reinforcements 2, 3 and 1 are made of reinforcing steel, preferably made of ribbed reinforcing steel.
- a slab 8 made of heat-insulating material e.g. a plate made of polystyrene foam or polyurethane foam, through which the reinforcing bars of the reinforcements 2, 3 and 1 extend.
- the reinforcement bars of the reinforcements 2, 3 and 1 are in the area of the plate 8 and the adjoining both areas treated to protect against corrosion, e.g. covered with a plastic coating (preferably an epoxy resin coating).
- a plastic coating preferably an epoxy resin coating.
- the reinforcing bars of shear reinforcement 1 are connected to the reinforcing bars of tensile reinforcement 2 and those of compression reinforcement 3, e.g. welded to them or secured by connecting at two points.
- the reinforcement bars of the reinforcements 1, 2 and 3 pass through corresponding openings in the plate 8 and they are either held in place in these openings by friction locking or are poured or glued into them. It is also possible to foam the plate 8 around the bars of the reinforcements 1, 2 and 3, so that a secure fit of the reinforcement bars of the reinforcements 1, 2 and 3 is ensured in the plate 8.
- the plate 8 is divided along at least one area, this area being the openings for receiving the reinforcing bars or at least one reinforcing bar at least one of reinforcements 1, 2 and 3.
- the plate 8 then consists of at least two parts which, after inserting the reinforcement bar or the reinforcement bars of the reinforcements 1, 2 and / or 3, are put together and, for example, glued to one another.
- the reinforcement bars of the shear reinforcement 1 can be arranged in the same plane in which the reinforcement bars of a pair of the tensile reinforcement 2 and the pressure reinforcement 3 also lie, as is indicated in FIG. 2.
- the Be reinforcement bars of shear reinforcement 1 offset from the planes in which the reinforcement bars of reinforcements 2 and 3 are arranged.
- the reinforcement according to the invention can be designed as a reinforcement element that a plate 8 made of heat-insulating material and inserted into and connected to this two reinforcement bars for the tensile reinforcement 2 and two bars below for the pressure reinforcement 3 and in between arranged a reinforcing bar for shear reinforcement 1.
- the reinforcement bar of the shear reinforcement 1, as shown in FIG. 1 transitions in the area of the plate 8 from a height which essentially corresponds to that of the tension reinforcement 2 to a height which essentially corresponds to the pressure reinforcement 3.
- the bars of the reinforcements 1, 2 and 3 are connected to one another by securing frames 11 to form a basket.
- Fig. 1 it is also indicated that the length l o , over which the reinforcing bars of the shear reinforcement 1 rest against reinforcing bars of the tensile reinforcement 2 or the pressure reinforcement 3, has at least the statically required lengths.
- the plate 8 made of insulating material which is placed on the building wall 5 coming down, is penetrated by the tensile reinforcement 2, the pressure reinforcement 3 and the shear reinforcement 1, the actual insulating parting line between the concrete of the floor ceiling 7 and the balcony slab 6.
- the required tensile reinforcement 2 and the pressure reinforcement 3, which is treated in the area of the plate 8 to prevent corrosion, can either have the required length corresponding to the balcony width (depth) and the required integration into the floor ceiling 7 or only be long enough to withstand the forces occurring Transfer the form of overlap joints with the appropriate overlap length to the extension rods (see the examples above).
- the reinforcement bars of the tensile reinforcement 2, that of the pressure reinforcement 3 and that of the shear reinforcement 1 can be delivered to the construction site ready for installation in the plate 8 fix.
- the finished reinforcement element is integrated into the rest of the reinforcement of the building.
- the plate 8 made of insulating material in the area of the tensile reinforcement 2 and the pressure reinforcement 3 (examples for division levels are indicated by arrows in FIG. 3), so that they consist of a narrow lower part with corresponding semicircular recesses the pressure reinforcement 3, a central part with a cast-in or glued-in shear reinforcement 1 and semi-circular recesses for the tensile reinforcement 2 and the pressure reinforcement 3 and a narrow cover strip with semi-circular recesses for the tensile reinforcement 2.
- This split embodiment of the plate 8 is particularly useful for very long and heavy reinforcement bars of the tensile, compression and / or shear reinforcement.
- Some or all of the reinforcing bars can be made of stainless steel.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a reinforcement for the connection of a balcony slab on the outside of a building wall in connection with a reinforced concrete ceiling, with a shear reinforcement and with a heat-insulating plate integrated in the reinforcement, in particular a plate made of insulating foam, which is arranged in the region of the outside of the building wall is.
The invention is particularly concerned with thermal insulation in combination with the required reinforced concrete reinforcement for the manufacture of balcony slab connections in building construction.
When erecting high-rise buildings with balconies, loggias or the like, the connection of the floor panels for the balconies or loggias represents a not inconsiderable weak point in the thermal insulation of the outer walls of the building.
Therefore, suggestions have already been made to improve the thermal insulation in the area of the connection of balcony slabs. The known reinforcement elements, which should be suitable for this purpose, consist of a block of insulating foam in connection with the statically required reinforced concrete reinforcement or parts thereof. The known constructions are either disadvantageous due to their complicated structure or have disadvantages insofar as corrosion can occur in the connection between stainless reinforcing bars and normal reinforcing steel (this connection is made, for example, by welding) through the formation of local elements. Another disadvantage is the long-term deflection due to the very short pressure anchor. In addition, the known reinforcement elements do not have adequate protection against corrosive influences in the area the heat insulation inevitably forms condensate. Finally, the known reinforcement elements are not suitable to comply with current fire protection regulations or they have an inadequate thermal insulation effect.
From DE-A-33 28 070 a reinforcement of the type mentioned is known, which, however, can only absorb vertical forces and is not suitable for absorbing horizontal pressure or shear forces.
From DE-C-30 05 571 it is known to provide pressure elements for absorbing pressure forces, which are inserted or cast into an insulating body, the pressure elements should be made of concrete plugs. The design of the pressure hull according to DE-C-30 05 571 stresses the concrete in the area of its load limit, so that deformations as a result of long-term stresses can occur.
The reinforcement bars shown in FIGS.
The invention has for its object to avoid the disadvantages of the known reinforcement elements and to provide a universally applicable reinforcement of the type mentioned.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the reinforcement is composed of a tensile, a compressive and a shear reinforcement that the bars of Tension, the pressure and the shear reinforcement are guided through openings in the plate, and that the bars of the tension, pressure and shear reinforcement are provided with a corrosion-protective coating in their area accommodated in the plate and in areas lying on both sides of the plate are.
An advantage of the reinforcement according to the invention, in which the plate made of heat-insulating material, the height of which preferably corresponds to the thickness of the balcony slab, ensures the required heat insulation values, is that the shear reinforcement (at least one reinforcement bar) arranged in the plate made of heat-insulating material can have legs of sufficient length. in order to be able to transfer the shear forces into the adjoining balcony slab or into the ceiling of the building at the same height.
In the reinforcement according to the invention, corrosion damage due to the formation of condensate in the area of the plate made of heat-insulating material is also avoided, even in the case of large temperature differences between the interior of the building and the outside of the building, since the shear reinforcement is treated with a protective effect on at least the critical area on both sides of the plate made of heat-insulating material, for example with is provided with a plastic coating. The same applies to the reinforcement bars of the tensile reinforcement and for the reinforcement bars of the pressure reinforcement, which over a corresponding area on both sides of the plate made of heat-insulating material, i.e. treated on the side of the balcony slab and on the side of the floor ceiling, e.g. are provided with a dense plastic coating.
The plastic covering preferred according to the invention (eg the covering made of an epoxy resin) not only protects against corrosion, but practically impairs the composite properties of the ribbed concrete reinforcing bars Not.
In one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the heat-insulating plate is set back from the outside of the building wall, preferably 1.5 to 3 cm. In order to achieve this setback easily, it can be provided according to the invention that the heat-insulating plate has at least one projection on its surface facing the outside of the wall, which is preferably glued or foamed to the plate. This distance projection keeps it at the correct distance from the outside of the wall when concreting.
This setback of the slab on the one hand achieves a very small connection area between the wall and balcony slab concrete and thus only a very narrow cold bridge, and on the other hand ensures a sufficiently thick concrete protective layer with sufficient fire-retardant effect. The thickness of the approximately 15 to 30 mm thick concrete bridge corresponds to the normally required concrete cover thicknesses for reinforcing bars.
Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the reinforcement according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
