Description

Aus dem Fachbuch "Techniken, Systeme, Maschinen" von Oscar Frei, Polygraphverlag, ist u.a. auf Seite 11, Abbildung 21, Darstellung 4 ein Druckwerk der obenbezeichneten Gattung bekannt. Der Nachteil dieses bekannten gattungsgemäßen Achtzylinder-Druckwerkes liegt darin, daß bei der Erzeugung eines 2/1 Druckes bzw. 1/2 Druckes, d.h. zweifachen Schön- und eines einfachen Wiederdruckes oder umgekehrt, eine aus einem Platten- und einem Gummituchzylinder bestehende Druckeinheit drucktechnisch unwirksam gemacht werden muß, wobei jedoch der Gummituchzylinder als Gegendruckzylinder benötigt wird. Dies ist nachteilig, da die Abstellung, insbesondere die antriebsmäßige Trennung des nicht benötigten Plattenzylinders von dem als Gegendruckzylinder benötigten Gummituchzylinder aufwendig ist bzw. es sind zusätzliche Maßnahmen erforderlich. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, das gattungsgemäße Achtzylinder-Druckwerk so weiterzubilden, daß ein 2/1 bzw. 1/2 Druck möglich ist, ohne daß der drucktechnisch hierfür überflüssige Gummituchzylinder als Gegendruckzylinder benötigt wird.The object of the present invention is to develop the generic eight-cylinder printing unit in such a way that 2/1 or 1/2 printing is possible without the blanket cylinder which is superfluous in terms of printing technology being required as an impression cylinder.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß zur Erzeugung eines 2/1 Druckes oder 1/2 Druckes auf der Druckträgerbahn der dritte Gummituchzylinder zusammen mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder an den zweiten Gummituchzylinder anstellbar ist, wobei der vierte Gummituchzylinder vom dritten Gummituchzylinder getrennt wird. Fig. 1 zeigt im unteren Teil der Darstellung in der erfindungsgemäßen Positionierung Gummituchzylinder 1, 2, 3 und 4, denen jeweils ein Plattenzylinder 10, 20, 30 und 40 in der dargestellten Weise zugeordnet ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der Zylinder 1 bis 4 und 10 bis 40 gemäß Fig. 1 ist es im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik möglich, den dritten Gummituchzylinder 3 unter Trennung vom vierten Gummizylinder 4 ebenfalls an den zweiten Gummituchzylinder 2 anzustellen, so daß die zwischen den Gummituchzylindern in der dargestellten Weise durchgeführte Druckträgerbahn 5 mit einem zweifachen Schöndruck, nämlich über den Gummituchzylinder 1 und 3 und mit einem einfachen Wiederdruck, nämlich über den Gummizylinder 2 versehen wird. Wie durch die Dreiecksymbole angedeutet ist, kann somit durch die erfindungsgemäße Zylinderanordnung im in Fig. 1 unten dargestellten Druckwerk 6 die Druckträgerbahn 5 mit einem 2/1 Druck versehen werden.Fig. 1 shows in the lower part of the illustration in the positioning according to the
