Abstract
A plurality of spray guns (104) are mounted on one
end of a robot arm (10) and the other end of the arm is
controlled in its orientation by appropriate mechanical
apparatus. Air is fed from two supplies (36, 46) to each
spray gun (104). One air supply (36) is at high pressure low
volume and controls the paint supply to the spray gun.
The second supply (46) of air is at high volume low
pressure and it serves to atomize paint and control
the pattern of the spray exiting from the spray gun (104).
