Claims (8)
- Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung für Turbomaschinen, mit einem in einer inneren Schiene drehbaren Schaufelfuß, einem Schaufeblatt, das in dem Strömungskanal ausgerichtet werden kann, einer Platine, die das Schaufelblatt und den Drehschaft des Schaufelkopfes miteinander verbindet und die in einer Absenkung (14) des Gehäuses (16) der Turbomaschine drehbar ist, und einer Antriebsstange (12), die unter Zwischenfügung einer Antifriktionsbuchse im Innern einer radialen Bohrung ( 16) des Gehäuses montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufel (10) eine rechteckige Feder (13) besitzt, die mit dem Schaufelblatt (11) fest verbunden ist und in Verlängerung desselben geschnitten ist, und daß die Kopfplatine von einem angesetzen zylindrischen Drehteller (15) gebildet ist, dessen zylindrische Wand sich in der Absenkung (14) des Gehäuses dreht, wobei dieser Drehteller eine diametrale rechteckige Nut (15c) aufweist, mit der die Feder (13) des Schaufelblatts in Eingriff steht, so daß der Drehteller von dieser mit einer Drehbewegung beaufschlagbar ist.
- Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Drehteller (15) in seinem Zentrum von einer Bohrung (15a) durchdrungen wird, durch die die Antriebsstange (12) zum Drehen der Schaufel hindurchragt.
- Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (15b) des Drehtellers (15) von einer schrägen Fläche gebildet ist, die die Form des Luftströmungskanals der Turbomaschine wieder aufnimmt.
- Turbomaschine mit einer Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufel von Innenraum des Gehäuses (16) aus in dessen radialer Bohrung (17) angeordnet ist und daß eine vom Außenraum des Gehäuses aus montierte Antifriktionsbuchse (18) eine äußere Schulter (18a) besitzt, die sich gegen den Ansatz des Gehäuses abstützt, während zwischen dem inneren Ende (18b) der Buchse (18) und der Oberseite des Drehtellers (15) ein Spiel belassen ist.
- Turbomaschine mit einer Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit einer rohrförmigen Antifriktionsbuchse (19) und einem einstückig mit dieser ausgebildeten Drehteller ausgestattete Schaufel vom Innenraum des Gehäuses aus in dessen radialer Bohrung (17) angeordnet ist, wobei der obere Teil der Antifriktionsbuchse sich gegen den Boden der Bohrung (17) abstützt.
- Turbomaschine mit einer Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (15) aus einem Antifriktionswerkstoff hergestellt ist.
- Turbomaschine mit einer Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (15) aus einem Material auf der Basis von gesintertem Kohlenstoff hergestellt ist.
- Turbomaschine mit einer Schaufel mit verstellbarer Blattanstellung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (15) aus einer mit Fasergeflecht verstärkten kolloidalen Substanz hergestellt ist.
