Definitions
- the invention relates to a suspended ceiling with a grid-shaped support structure made of intersecting support rails, which can be suspended at the intersection points of the support rails formed by node elements and whose free fields on the circumferential edges by panels, e.g. Cassettes, lighting elements, supply air devices, exhaust air devices and the like. Can be closed airtight and dustproof by sealing them against the mounting rails with the interposition of sealants.
- Such a false ceiling is known for example from DE 28 58 140 C2.
- Longitudinal or transverse support rails with a T-shaped cross section drawn from aluminum are used as support rails.
- the longitudinal and transverse support rails are each connected to one another by means of a connecting element.
- a disadvantage of this construction method is the complex production of the special profiles and the lack of adaptability to different construction axis dimensions.
- the assembly of the relatively long side rails is problematic. To the over Gaps between the longitudinal and transverse support rails can easily lead to leaks, which must be avoided in clean rooms, for example for the industrial production of electrical or electronic components.
- the object of the present invention is to create a perfectly sealed false ceiling, which has both the advantages of a band grid ceiling in the junction system, namely easy adaptability to different building axis dimensions, and also meets the requirements for clean room conditions with simple manufacture from sheet metal profiles and easy assembly.
- the aim is to create a clean room ceiling that is also suitable for installing mobile partitions.
- the support rails can be attached to node elements in an airtight and dust-tight manner by the support rails having angled support flanges on end walls and the respective node element matching support surfaces. Due to the special design of the mounting rails and node elements, it is easy to assemble a perfect seal not only on the cassettes on the mounting rails, but also in the entire node area.
- sealing means such as sealing tapes
- sealing tapes are provided between the preferably substantially horizontal support flanges of the mounting rails and the support surfaces of the node elements.
- Sealing means can be attached to the corresponding support rail surfaces in a simple manner before the installation of the false ceiling.
- the mounting rails can be used as e.g. edged or rolled, preferably cassette-shaped profile sheets are formed.
- the mounting rails have corresponding, preferably angled support edges on the upper edges of their longitudinal side walls.
- sealing means provided on the support edges of the support rails
- the two angled support edges of each support rail are directed toward one another and are provided with the sealing means on their upper side, the sealing means running from the upper side of the support edges to the underside of the support flanges and preferably as Sealing tape are formed. This reliably prevents leaks in the intermediate joint between the support rails that meet at the crossing point.
- the sealing means simultaneously perform three sealing functions: the mounting rails are sealed off from the node element, the cassettes or the like are sealed off from the mounting rails, and the mounting rails meeting at the crossing point are sealed against one another in the miter cut.
- Sealing means is particularly simple and effective to design if the support flanges on the preferably vertical end walls of the mounting rails, for example at 45 ° or 60 °, are cut to miter, which is adapted to the miter of the mounting flange of the adjacent mounting rail .
- a 45 ° miter is in the case of a square or rectangular node element advantageous.
- a 60 ° miter results, for example, from a triangular node element.
- Other polygonal node designs are of course also possible, the miter angle being adapted accordingly.
- the support flanges preferably adjoin the respective head end of the support edges and, in order to achieve the best possible seal in the miter area, the sealing tape should, in a further embodiment of the invention, preferably be formed in one piece on each support rail, preferably in one piece, via the miter cuts and thereby seal the miter joint .
- a butt joint in the sealing tape should expediently be located under the support flange of the mounting rail, where it lies against the support surfaces of the node element.
- the support flange which cooperates with a node, can preferably have slot-shaped recesses in at least one of the mounting rails, into which essentially vertical retaining lugs of the node elements engage. This allows simple and safe mounting of the mounting rails on the node elements in the correct position.
- each retaining lug has a slot for receiving a locking member, which enables a secure connection between the mounting rail and the node element in a particularly simple manner.
- the upper edge of the slot runs obliquely to the horizontal and the locking element in the horizontal in the Slot can be clamped, whereby a wedge effect between the locking member and slot is achieved.
- the node elements can each have a clamping element with which the support rails converging in the node can preferably be pressed together tightly against the node elements, for example by the clamping element acting on the support flanges of the support rails and, if appropriate, the clamping element using a clamping nut the node element or the support flanges of the mounting rails can be tensioned.
- the contact surfaces of the node element are part of a sealing body, which is can-shaped or plate-shaped with a cover that can be placed thereon. In this way, a perfect optical termination of the node elements with a good sealing function can be achieved.
- the undersides of the mounting rails can preferably be flush with the underside of the respective viewing cover of the node elements.
- the can-shaped or plate-shaped sealing body has a preferably central recess which is spanned by a bow-shaped clamping element and / or a bow-shaped fastening element, which leave a space for accommodating ceiling accessories, such as sprinklers .
- the clamping element can have downwardly angled clamping edges with which it acts on the support flanges, preferably between the lugs of the support element, that is to say precisely at those locations on the underside of the support flanges the sealing tape or the like runs to produce a good sealing function.
- Such clamping elements can be easily made from sheet metal.
- the mounting rails can form a Z-profile on the front with the support flange.
- the mounting rails can also be cut into fixed lengths, with a frame shoe with a Z-fold forming the support flange being insertable tightly into its respective end and, e.g. by points or clamps. This makes it easy to compensate for differences in length of the mounting rails in the assembled state without the desired sealing function suffering.
- the frame shoe has at least one preferably slot-shaped recess for interacting with a spring-elastic clamping element for clamping the frame shoe with respect to the mounting rail.
- the frame shoe and / or the support rail can have a stop to limit the depth of insertion of the frame shoe into the support rail in order to ensure an exact positioning of the frame shoe. Furthermore, it can be provided in the sealing strip between an end wall of the mounting rail or the frame shoe and a side wall of the node element in order to ensure a secure seal.
- the sealing takes place, as is evident from the aforementioned features, essentially in the horizontal, while sealing means in the vertical joints between the individual components see from the miter joints between the mounting rails in the area of the node, need not be present.
- This can disadvantageously avoid wide dirt gaps between the individual cassettes or the like.
- the support rails are expediently made of sheet metal with essentially vertical side walls and end walls, it is also expedient that the edging joints of the support rails between the longitudinal side walls and the end walls, for example by means of a closure element, which consists of a web element with lateral sealing elements which can be clamped in the support rails are airtight and dustproof closable. In this way, the required clean room conditions can also be served.
- the vertical side walls of the panels e.g. Cassettes, or the like.
- This enables reliable assembly and simple mounting of the cassettes or the like on the mounting rails.
- the support edges of the cassettes or the like are preferably closed all around to improve the sealing function.
- edges of the panels e.g. Cassettes or the like can be sealed airtight and dustproof between the side walls.
- the support edges of the panels, for example cassettes, or the like, and in particular the oblique bevels thereof in the installed state of the panels, for example cassettes, or the like, with the pressure a spring element provided with a tensioning bracket or locking tongues and a tensioning leg or a spring tongue can be acted upon in the direction of the respective support edge of the mounting rails provided with the sealing means, whereby the cassettes or the like not only contribute to the sealing relative to the mounting rails due to their own weight, but for example A good sealing effect can be ensured even with slight overpressure in the clean room.
- the spring elements can be inserted into the support rails, which are preferably designed as a C-profile that is open at the top, with elastic deformation of the tensioning bracket or locking tongues.
- the spring element according to the invention which can also be used with suspended ceilings of a different construction, preferably has an inner base of the base section adjacent to the mounting rail, to which adjoining clamping brackets pointing obliquely outwards or locking tongues pointing obliquely inwards and which engage under the support edges on both sides. This provides the spring element with a simple design a secure fit in the mounting rail.
- the respective clamping bracket or the base section can be followed by a clamping leg or spring tongue which runs upwards from the base section and which supports the support edges of the mounting rail and cassette or the like with an outwardly angled extension or Overlaps and preferably has an exciting effect on the oblique fold. In this way, the desired contact pressure is achieved, the interior of the C-profile-shaped mounting rail being largely kept free.
- the tensioning bracket can have four bracket sections bent approximately in a rectangle, of which the first and the third - viewed obliquely upwards from the bottom of the mounting rail, the second extends at an angle between the longitudinal side wall and the support edge of the mounting rail and the fourth at the bottom of the mounting rail.
- the respective clamping leg can connect to the fourth bracket section in order to have the desired deformability for assembly, but also to perform the required clamping function.
- the cassette, or the like has a clamping section which is angled outward approximately parallel to the bottom of the mounting rail, preferably acting on the oblique fold of the cassette or the like, and has an adjoining clamping section - seen from the bottom of the mounting rail - preferably obliquely upwards inwards pointing handling section.
- the clamping leg thus reliably performs a clamping and centering function, but can also be released from its clamped fit at the same time.
- the support rails 1 have on their end walls 15 in the longitudinal direction angled support flanges 3, which are provided with slot-shaped recesses 4, engage in the retaining lugs 5 of the node elements 2.

- the sealing tape 20 thereby rests on the bearing surfaces 18 of the node elements 2 and, supported by the clamping element 7, seals the mounting rails 1 against the node elements 2 in a horizontal plane.
- the support element 6 projects beyond the support surfaces 18 of the sealing body 8 by a predetermined material thickness.
- the support flanges 3 protrude inward beyond the retaining lugs 5 and come to rest there on the support element 6 - metal on metal - while the Sealing tape 20 is only provided in the area of the support surfaces 18.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a suspended ceiling with a grid-shaped support structure made of intersecting support rails, which can be suspended at the intersection points of the support rails formed by node elements and whose free fields on the circumferential edges by panels, e.g. Cassettes, lighting elements, supply air devices, exhaust air devices and the like. Can be closed airtight and dustproof by sealing them against the mounting rails with the interposition of sealants.
Such a false ceiling is known for example from DE 28 58 140 C2. Longitudinal or transverse support rails with a T-shaped cross section drawn from aluminum are used as support rails. The longitudinal and transverse support rails are each connected to one another by means of a connecting element. A disadvantage of this construction method is the complex production of the special profiles and the lack of adaptability to different construction axis dimensions. In addition, the assembly of the relatively long side rails is problematic. To the over Gaps between the longitudinal and transverse support rails can easily lead to leaks, which must be avoided in clean rooms, for example for the industrial production of electrical or electronic components.
The object of the present invention is to create a perfectly sealed false ceiling, which has both the advantages of a band grid ceiling in the junction system, namely easy adaptability to different building axis dimensions, and also meets the requirements for clean room conditions with simple manufacture from sheet metal profiles and easy assembly. The aim is to create a clean room ceiling that is also suitable for installing mobile partitions.
This object is essentially achieved in that the support rails can be attached to node elements in an airtight and dust-tight manner by the support rails having angled support flanges on end walls and the respective node element matching support surfaces. Due to the special design of the mounting rails and node elements, it is easy to assemble a perfect seal not only on the cassettes on the mounting rails, but also in the entire node area.
In solving the problem, it is particularly advantageous if sealing means, such as sealing tapes, are provided between the preferably substantially horizontal support flanges of the mounting rails and the support surfaces of the node elements. The sealing tapes or the like. Sealing means can be attached to the corresponding support rail surfaces in a simple manner before the installation of the false ceiling.
In order to ensure that the mounting rails can be easily manufactured, the mounting rails can be used as e.g. edged or rolled, preferably cassette-shaped profile sheets are formed.
A reliable, tight reception of the cassettes or the like is obtained if the mounting rails have corresponding, preferably angled support edges on the upper edges of their longitudinal side walls.
Another idea of the invention is that in the case of sealing means provided on the support edges of the support rails, the two angled support edges of each support rail are directed toward one another and are provided with the sealing means on their upper side, the sealing means running from the upper side of the support edges to the underside of the support flanges and preferably as Sealing tape are formed. This reliably prevents leaks in the intermediate joint between the support rails that meet at the crossing point. In this way, the sealing means simultaneously perform three sealing functions: the mounting rails are sealed off from the node element, the cassettes or the like are sealed off from the mounting rails, and the mounting rails meeting at the crossing point are sealed against one another in the miter cut.
The arrangement of the sealing tape or the like. Sealing means is particularly simple and effective to design if the support flanges on the preferably vertical end walls of the mounting rails, for example at 45 ° or 60 °, are cut to miter, which is adapted to the miter of the mounting flange of the adjacent mounting rail . A 45 ° miter is in the case of a square or rectangular node element advantageous. A 60 ° miter results, for example, from a triangular node element. Other polygonal node designs are of course also possible, the miter angle being adapted accordingly.
The support flanges preferably adjoin the respective head end of the support edges and, in order to achieve the best possible seal in the miter area, the sealing tape should, in a further embodiment of the invention, preferably be formed in one piece on each support rail, preferably in one piece, via the miter cuts and thereby seal the miter joint . A butt joint in the sealing tape should expediently be located under the support flange of the mounting rail, where it lies against the support surfaces of the node element.
In a special development of the invention, the support flange, which cooperates with a node, can preferably have slot-shaped recesses in at least one of the mounting rails, into which essentially vertical retaining lugs of the node elements engage. This allows simple and safe mounting of the mounting rails on the node elements in the correct position.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, each retaining lug has a slot for receiving a locking member, which enables a secure connection between the mounting rail and the node element in a particularly simple manner.
In order to be able to press the mounting rail in a gastight manner against the supporting surface of the node element without additional aids, it is provided in a further embodiment according to the invention that the upper edge of the slot runs obliquely to the horizontal and the locking element in the horizontal in the Slot can be clamped, whereby a wedge effect between the locking member and slot is achieved.
To hold and improve the sealing function, the node elements can each have a clamping element with which the support rails converging in the node can preferably be pressed together tightly against the node elements, for example by the clamping element acting on the support flanges of the support rails and, if appropriate, the clamping element using a clamping nut the node element or the support flanges of the mounting rails can be tensioned.
In this context, it is advantageous if the contact surfaces of the node element are part of a sealing body, which is can-shaped or plate-shaped with a cover that can be placed thereon. In this way, a perfect optical termination of the node elements with a good sealing function can be achieved.
The undersides of the mounting rails can preferably be flush with the underside of the respective viewing cover of the node elements.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the can-shaped or plate-shaped sealing body has a preferably central recess which is spanned by a bow-shaped clamping element and / or a bow-shaped fastening element, which leave a space for accommodating ceiling accessories, such as sprinklers .
The clamping element can have downwardly angled clamping edges with which it acts on the support flanges, preferably between the lugs of the support element, that is to say precisely at those locations on the underside of the support flanges the sealing tape or the like runs to produce a good sealing function. Such clamping elements can be easily made from sheet metal.
The mounting rails can form a Z-profile on the front with the support flange.
However, the mounting rails can also be cut into fixed lengths, with a frame shoe with a Z-fold forming the support flange being insertable tightly into its respective end and, e.g. by points or clamps. This makes it easy to compensate for differences in length of the mounting rails in the assembled state without the desired sealing function suffering.
In order to enable a secure connection between the mounting rail and the node element also in the embodiment with the frame shoe, it is provided in a further advantageous embodiment that the frame shoe has at least one preferably slot-shaped recess for interacting with a spring-elastic clamping element for clamping the frame shoe with respect to the mounting rail.
The frame shoe and / or the support rail can have a stop to limit the depth of insertion of the frame shoe into the support rail in order to ensure an exact positioning of the frame shoe. Furthermore, it can be provided in the sealing strip between an end wall of the mounting rail or the frame shoe and a side wall of the node element in order to ensure a secure seal.
In the clean room ceiling according to the invention, the sealing takes place, as is evident from the aforementioned features, essentially in the horizontal, while sealing means in the vertical joints between the individual components see from the miter joints between the mounting rails in the area of the node, need not be present. This can disadvantageously avoid wide dirt gaps between the individual cassettes or the like. Since the support rails are expediently made of sheet metal with essentially vertical side walls and end walls, it is also expedient that the edging joints of the support rails between the longitudinal side walls and the end walls, for example by means of a closure element, which consists of a web element with lateral sealing elements which can be clamped in the support rails are airtight and dustproof closable. In this way, the required clean room conditions can also be served.
Another feature of the invention is that the vertical side walls of the panels, e.g. Cassettes, or the like. Have horizontally outwardly angled support edges at their upper ends, which preferably are directed obliquely upwards for reinforcement, e.g. have an angle of approx. 45 ° with respect to the edges forming the support edges. This enables reliable assembly and simple mounting of the cassettes or the like on the mounting rails. The support edges of the cassettes or the like are preferably closed all around to improve the sealing function.
The edges of the panels, e.g. Cassettes or the like can be sealed airtight and dustproof between the side walls.
In particular in the case of suspended ceilings of the type explained above, it is advantageous according to a further inventive idea if the support edges of the panels, for example cassettes, or the like, and in particular the oblique bevels thereof in the installed state of the panels, for example cassettes, or the like, with the pressure a spring element provided with a tensioning bracket or locking tongues and a tensioning leg or a spring tongue can be acted upon in the direction of the respective support edge of the mounting rails provided with the sealing means, whereby the cassettes or the like not only contribute to the sealing relative to the mounting rails due to their own weight, but for example A good sealing effect can be ensured even with slight overpressure in the clean room. For secure assembly, the spring elements can be inserted into the support rails, which are preferably designed as a C-profile that is open at the top, with elastic deformation of the tensioning bracket or locking tongues.
The spring element according to the invention, which can also be used with suspended ceilings of a different construction, preferably has an inner base of the base section adjacent to the mounting rail, to which adjoining clamping brackets pointing obliquely outwards or locking tongues pointing obliquely inwards and which engage under the support edges on both sides. This provides the spring element with a simple design a secure fit in the mounting rail.
The respective clamping bracket or the base section can be followed by a clamping leg or spring tongue which runs upwards from the base section and which supports the support edges of the mounting rail and cassette or the like with an outwardly angled extension or Overlaps and preferably has an exciting effect on the oblique fold. In this way, the desired contact pressure is achieved, the interior of the C-profile-shaped mounting rail being largely kept free.
While the spring element can in principle be of any type, it is preferably formed as a leaf spring or in one piece from spring wire. The tensioning bracket can have four bracket sections bent approximately in a rectangle, of which the first and the third - viewed obliquely upwards from the bottom of the mounting rail, the second extends at an angle between the longitudinal side wall and the support edge of the mounting rail and the fourth at the bottom of the mounting rail. The respective clamping leg can connect to the fourth bracket section in order to have the desired deformability for assembly, but also to perform the required clamping function. The support edges of the mounting rail and panels, e.g. Appropriately, the cassette, or the like, has a clamping section which is angled outward approximately parallel to the bottom of the mounting rail, preferably acting on the oblique fold of the cassette or the like, and has an adjoining clamping section - seen from the bottom of the mounting rail - preferably obliquely upwards inwards pointing handling section. The clamping leg thus reliably performs a clamping and centering function, but can also be released from its clamped fit at the same time.

The end edges 12 of the
To seal the edging joints between the
The
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2a, the mounting rail 1 is cut smoothly to a fixed length at its head end facing the
Fig. 2 b shows another embodiment of the
With the aid of the
To assemble the false ceiling according to the invention, the
