Claims (7)

  1. Perceuse pour forer et ou battre avec un logement d'outil entraîné en rotation par un élément de commande et un embrayage de sécurité agissant axialement et situé dans le tronçon de commande de rotation, embrayage dont une partie est constituée d'une roue dentée avec des creux de blocage dans la face frontale, dans lesquels sont mis en place des corps de blocage et qui agissent de concert avec des cavités de blocage d'une contre pièce d'embrayage soumise à la charge d'un ressort, caractérisée
    - en ce que la roue dentée (5) est une pièce frittée,
    - en ce que les cavités de blocage (15) sont réalisées sensiblement plus plates, dans la contre pièce d'embrayage (14) que les creux de blocage (8) dans la roue dentée (5) et
    - en ce que les creux de blocage (8) constituent une cage monobloc avec la roue dentée (5) pour maintenir les corps de blocage (9).
  2. Perceuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les creux de blocage (8) dans la roue dentée (5) sont plus grands ou au moins de même grandeur que le demi-diamètre des corps de blocage (9).
  3. Perceuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la contre pièce d'embrayage (14) forme une seule et même pièce avec la pièce de commande (12).
  4. Perceuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de l'élément de commande (12) est nettement plus dur que celui de la roue dentée (5).
  5. Perceuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les corps de blocage (9) sont réalisés en galets de blocage.
  6. Perceuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lors du déclenchement de l'embrayage, les corps de blocage (9) se désenclenchent de la contre pièce d'embrayage (14) plus dure.
  7. Perceuse selon une des revendications précédentes, avec un outil de frappe, dont le piston commandé déplace par l'intermédiaire d'un coussin d'air enfermé, un percuteur en un mouvement de va et vient, le percuteur heurtant axialement l'outil et occasionnant les coups, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de commande (12) a une forme de tube et loge coaxialement l'outil de frappe (17) dans son intérieur.
