- the invention relates to a parking barrier of the type comprising an element in the form of a hoop whose legs are articulated at their free end to devices anchored to the ground, so as to allow a pivoting movement of the hoop between a position lowered, advantageously pressed to the ground, and a raised position and, if necessary, a locking leg of the arch in its raised position, variable in length and articulated at one end to the arch and by its other end to a device anchored to the ground, at a location distant from the straight line connecting the two hinge devices of the roll bar.
- Parking barriers of this type are already known. To bring them from their lowered position on the ground to their raised position, you have to bend down and raise them by hand. In addition, once unlocked in their raised position, they pivot in their lowered position, under the effect of their own weight and thus risk falling on the feet of people who have not removed their feet in time.
