Abstract

Un procédé pour construire un puits consiste à forer la roche, à la cuveler avec une colonne de guidage (1), des tubes, avec un guide (2) et une colonne d'exploitation (6) des tubes, et à isoler les zones de forage présentant des complications au moyen de tubes profilés (4) dont le diamètre est agrandi au moment du montage. L'agrandissement des tubes profilés (4) s'effectue par création d'un gradient de pression à l'intérieur de ceux-ci, suivi de leur mandrinage par laminage. Le forage de la roche après le cuvelage du puits avec la colonne de guidage (1) des tubes et le guide (2) s'effectue au moyen d'un trépan d'un seul et même diamètre, tandis que les zones de forage difficile (3) sont agrandies jusqu'à un diamètre égal au diamètre externe des tubes profilés mandrinés (4) qui sont successivement montés dans toutes les zones de forage difficile (3) dès qu'on y pénètre.

Claims (1)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser un forage profond tubé, dans lequel
    - on élargit un tronçon du trou de forage dans une zone critique sur le plan de la technique de forage, à l'aide d'un manchon aléseur,
    - on met en place, dans ce tronçon de trou de forage élargi, un entourage en tube profilé (4) formé de tubes profilés,
    - on élargit, à l'aide d'une pression hydraulique, l'entourage en tube profilé mis en place,
    - on élargit encore plus et on calibre l'entourage en tube profilé élargi par voie hydraulique, à l'aide d'un dispositif à évaser (12) jusqu'à ce que l'entourage vienne porter contre la paroi du trou de forage, et
    - on continue ensuite à forer avec un trépan de même diamètre,
       caractérisé en ce que,
    - on positionne l'entourage en tube profilé se composant de tubes profilés supérieur, médian et inférieur (4a, 4b, 4c) dans le tronçon de trou de forage élargi (7a), de telle façon que le tube profilé médian (4b) recouvre la couche de roches (7) critique sur le plan de la technique de forage et que les tubes profilés supérieur (4a) et inférieur (4c) se trouvent placés respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous de cette couche critique de roches (7), et que les tubes profilés supérieur et inférieur (4a, 4c), jusqu'à ce qu'ils viennent porter par pressage contre la paroi élargie du trou de forage, ainsi que le tube profilé médian (4b), soient calibrés à un diamètre qui soit inférieur de 3 à 5% au diamètre du tronçon de trou de forage élargi (7a), et
    - on élargit ensuite par mandrinage les tubes profilés supérieur et inférieur (4a, 4c) calibrés ainsi que le tube profilé médian (4b), à l'aide du dispositif à évaser, jusqu'à ce qu'ils viennent porter rigidement par pressage contre la paroi du tronçon de trou de forage élargi (7a) en réalisant une consolidation métallique
