Claims (7)

1. Procédé de surveillance de l'égalisation d'au moins une bande de tissu non-tissé dans un banc d'étirage à régulation, notamment dans une étireuse, qui permet de relever des écarts de la masse du matériau non-tissé, par rapport à une valeur consigne, au moyen d'au moins un élément capteur, et de compenser ces écarts par l'intermédiaire d'un régulateur et d'au moins un élément de réglage final, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs mesurées par l'élément capteur (4, 5) et/ou les signaux de réglage final du régulateur (10) sont comparés au moins à une valeur limite réglable, et en ce qu'en cas de dépassement de la valeur limite, l'on déclenche une signalisation (14) et/ou une opération de commande.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les signaux de réglage final du dispositif régulateur sont comparés à la valeur limite réglable donnée.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs mesurées par un élément capteur (5) disposé en aval du système réglé sont comparées à la valeur limite réglable donnée.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il incorpore une valeur limite qui est proche de la plage de fonctionnement du régulateur (10), voire de l'élément capteur (4, 5), ainsi qu'une valeur limite qui est plus éloignée de la plage de fonctionnement du régulateur (10), voire de l'élément capteur (4, 5).
5. Dispositif permettant la mise en application du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la sortie du régulateur (10) est reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un point (12) de comparaison valeur EFFECTIVE/ CONSIGNE, à au moins un dispositif (13; 13′; 13˝) de réglage de la valeur limite et un dispositif (14) de signalisation, et/ou à un interrupteur (11) de réglage final.
6. Dispositif permettant la mise en application du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la sortie d'un élément capteur (5) disposé en aval du système réglé communique, par l'intermédiaire-d'un point (12) de comparaison valeur EFFECTIVE/CONSIGNE, avec au moins un dispositif (13) de réglage de la valeur limite et un dispositif (14) de signalisation, et/ou avec un interrupteur (11) de réglage final.
7. Dispositif selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13′; 13˝) de réglage est réalisé de manière à prédéfinir deux valeurs limites réglables de façon indépendante l'une de l'autre, dont une valeur limite, qui est plus proche de la plage de fonctionnement du régulateur (10), voire de l'élément capteur (4, 5), est prévue pour activer un dispositif (14) de signalisation, et dont une valeur limite, qui est plus éloignée de la plage de fonctionnement du régulateur (10), est prévue pour activer un interrupteur (11) de réglage final.
