Description
L'invention est relative aux mélangeurs de produits divers (alimentaires ou autres) à cuve rotative inclinée. Les mélangeurs connus du genre en question:
-possèdent, en partie haute, une ouverture servant à la fois au chargement et au déchargement (vidange);
-tournent dans un sens pendant le chargement et le mélange, et en sens inverse pendant la vidange;
-utilisent le godet de chargement également pour le déchargement. De telles caractéristiques induisent les inconvénients suivants: - la vidange est lente;
-le godet de chargement doit être maintenu disponible pour le déchargement, ce qui ne permet pas de l'utiliser à la préparation des produits correspondant à un nouveau mélange et ce pendant toute la durée des phases de mélange et de vidange qui précèdent;

La présente invention a pour but de remèdier à ces divers inconvénients. Pour ce faire, la cuve comporte, sur son fond inférieur, une ouverture de vidange obturable par un portillon solidaire du châssis fixe du mélangeur par l'intermèdiaire d'un moyen, tel un vérin, venant le plaquer contre ladite ouverture pendant les phases de remplissage et de vidange.
Le portillon peut être:
- soit fixe en rotation et nécessiter, dans ce cas, un joint d'étanchéité et de frottement par rapport à la cuve;
-soit libre en rotation, gràce à l'interposition d'un roulement-butée, et être entraîné par la cuve tournante lorsqu'il est plaqué contre son ouverture de vidange.
De telles caractéristiques solutionnent les inconvénients cités précédemment et en particulier: le godet est disponible immédiatement après le chargement, la cuve peut tourner sans le moindre arrêt et le travail complet allant de la préparation à la vidange peut se faire en continu.The object of the present invention is to remedy these various drawbacks. Le mélangeur à cuve rotative inclinée représenté à la figure 1 comporte:
- une cuve cylindrique (1) à fonds bombés possèdant:

. sur son fond inférieur, une ouverture de vidange (3) également centrée sur l'axe de la cuve;
. à la périphèrie extérieure, des moyens de guidage en rotation, par exemple du type anneau (4) - galet (5), et d'entraînement, par exemple du type moto-réducteur (6) - chaîne ou courroie crantée (7);
. à la périphèrie intérieure, des pâles mélangeuses (8);
- un châssis (9) supportant:
. la cuve par l'intermèdiaire des galets (5);
. le godet de chargement (10) par l'intermèdiaire d'un compas-vérin (11);
le portillon(12) par l'intermèdiaire d'un vérin (13) solidaire du châssis de la machine.
Un tapis (ou vis) élévateur (14) peut être placé en sortie pour récupérer les matières mélangées.
Concernant le portillon, deux versions sont possibles:
- a) il est monté sur roulement-butée (15), selon la figure (1), et est alors entraîné en rotation par la cuve tournante lorsqu'il est plaqué contre l'ouverture de vidange de celle-ci;
- b) il est monté solidaire de l'axe du vérin (13), selon la figure 2, et est alors fixe en rotation: un joint (16) doit être interposé entre le portillon et la cuve: il peut être solidaire soit du portillon soit de la cuve, et est réalisé dans une matière à la fois étanche et résistante°
- a cylindrical tank (1) with domed bottoms having:

Regarding the gate, two versions are possible:
- a) it is mounted on a thrust bearing (15), according to FIG. (1), and is then driven in rotation by the rotating tank when it is pressed against the drain opening thereof;
- b) it is mounted integral with the axis of the jack (13), according to FIG. 2, and is then fixed in rotation: a seal (16) must be interposed between the gate and the tank: it can be integral with either the gate either from the tank, and is made of a material that is both waterproof and resistant °
