Definitions
- the invention relates to a block lock, which is connected via a signaling line to a signaling center, with a locking bolt which can be adjusted between a closed and an open position along a bolt path, with a lock cylinder which can be actuated by a key and which has a locking lug which can be moved along a circular path is, by means of which the locking bolt can be actuated and with a locking bolt position sensor.
- block locks are used in security technology, particularly in intrusion protection technology. They are used to arm or disarm an alarm system. In addition to a mechanical locking device, which essentially consists of the bolt and the locking cylinder, they also have an electromechanical / electromagnetic device which is connected to the signaling center.
- the block locks can be provided with tumblers that can be operated with a two- or three-way or that are mechanically designed so that a commercially available profile cylinder can be installed for locking.
- the block lock When the block lock is mechanically closed, the alarm system into which the block lock is integrated is activated at the same time via the signaling center. For this reason, a block lock is usually located in the last door of a secured area. When entering or leaving this area, the person authorized to do so will disarm or activate the alarm system via the block lock. armed. Conversely, under the control of the signaling center, the block lock is prevented from closing if an alarm has been triggered within the secured area. In this case, the locking bolt is blocked by a block magnet. The operator is thus inevitably notified of the alarm.
- the cause of the non-fulfillment of this so-called inevitability can also be a fault in the operational readiness of the alarm system as a whole or of individual components.
- the alarm system has so far been armed or disarmed by sensing the closed position of the bolt with a position sensor and transmitting a corresponding signal to the control center.
- This device has also proven itself very well in many applications. However, it could happen that a mechanical force is exerted on the locking bolt with the intention of sabotage, in order to press it from its closed position into the open position. If this attempt were successful, the locking bolt position sensor would indicate the open position and incorrectly switch the alarm system to the disarmed state.
- the bolt was previously provided with a predetermined breaking point, for example. If a corresponding force acts on the locking bolt, it breaks off at the predetermined breaking point. This means that disarming can be prevented mechanically, but detection and evaluation of a sabotage attempt is not carried out.
- an electronic door lock is known from the subsequently published EP-A 0 235 703, in which the bolt and the locking cylinder are each independently monitored by an alarm contact. It is not a block lock.
- the invention has for its object to provide a block lock of the type mentioned, in which an attempt to move the locking bolt unauthorized by force from the closed position to the open position is detected and displayed.
- the locking nose position sensor is arranged at one point on the circular path, and in that the locking nose position sensor and the locking bolt position sensor have a logic evaluation unit with which the sequence in which the two position sensors are triggered is determined and evaluated with are connected to the alarm center.
- the invention is based on the idea that when the block lock is properly locked or unlocked, a predetermined sequence of movements of the locking lug and the locking bolt is always observed. If there is an unauthorized attempt to move the locking bolt from the locking to the open position. In other words, with a block lock the condition must be met that first the locking lug and then the locking bolt are moved. If only the locking bolt is actuated instead, an unauthorized person tries to open it.
- the locking nose position sensor is arranged in a position in which it detects the rest position of the locking nose of the profile cylinder.
- the locking bolt position sensor is arranged in a position in which it emits an output signal when the locking bolt is locked out by approximately 2/3 of the locking path. In this way, the positions and the sequence of movements of the locking bolt and the locking lug can be evaluated very reliably.
- the locking nose position sensor and / or the locking bolt position sensor are designed as electromechanical position sensors. In this case, the triggering of the position sensor is particularly simple if the locking bolt is provided with a recess for engagement with an actuating member of the position sensor. Alternatively, it may be advantageous for the locking bolt to be provided with a switching cam for engagement with an actuating member of the locking bolt.
- the locking lug position sensor and / or the locking bolt position sensor are designed as non-contact proximity switches. It is particularly advantageous that in this case the proximity switch is designed as an inductive position transmitter. Alternatively, it may be appropriate to design the proximity switch as a capacitive position sensor or as a fork light barrier.
- a special embodiment of the invention is that the evaluation unit is formed by logic logic elements which are arranged within the block lock.
- the entire block lock is housed in a box-like housing 1, which is usually made of a drill-proof metal.
- a faceplate 10 is attached to one of the narrow long sides of the housing 1, which are oriented transversely to the plane of the drawing. If the block lock is inserted into a corresponding recess in a door leaf, the faceplate 10 lies on the narrow door side of the leaf, where it is screwed to the door leaf at fastening points 11.
- the faceplate 10 is provided with a bolt cutout 12 which, however, cannot be seen in the form of representation chosen here. Through the bolt cutout 12, the locking bolt 5 can emerge from the housing 1, where it is in its open position, and assume its closed position, which is shown in broken lines in FIG. 1.
- a cylinder fastening screw 3 is screwed through the faceplate 10, a locking cylinder 2 over a beard-like extension 13 in the housing 1.
- the function of the block lock is largely determined by three modules.
- the actual mechanical locking function is carried out by the locking bolt 5, which is actuated by the locking cylinder 2 via a locking lug 4.
- the longitudinal axis of the locking cylinder 2 runs perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. If the locking cylinder 2 is rotated using a key (not shown), the locking lug 4 engages in a first recess 14 on the locking bolt 5.
- a control and monitoring function is carried out by an electromechanical / electromagnetic device. It consists of a coil 7 and a spring-loaded pawl 6, which can engage with a locking lug 15 in a second recess 16 in the locking bolt 5.
- FIG. 1 shows a state of the block lock in which the locking lug 4 of the Lock cylinder 2 is in its rest position In this rest position, in which the locking lug 4 would point to "9" in a clockwise representation, a key can be removed from the lock cylinder 2.
- the locking bolt 5 is released for locking and unlocking by the pawl 6.
- the locking bolt 5 is not released since the locking lug 15 engages with a locking edge 19 on the second recess 16.
- the pawl is actuated by the coil 7, which in turn is controlled by the control center.
- the coil 7 is energized under the control of the signaling center only when a so-called inevitability is fulfilled and the profile cylinder is actuated at the same time.
- the inevitability is fulfilled when the alarm system, in which the block lock is integrated, is working correctly and when there is no alarm.
- the electromagnetic field generated by the coil 7 pulls the pawl 6 so that the locking bolt 5 is released.
- the locking bolt 5 is actuated by moving the locking lug 4 counter-clockwise along a circular path.
- the locking lug 4 After a rotation of 360 °, the locking lug 4 again shows the rest position shown and the key can be removed from the locking cylinder 2 by the operator.
- a locking lug position sensor 8 and a locking bolt position sensor 9 are arranged in the housing 1.
- the locking lug position sensor 8 detects the rest position of the locking lug 4.
- the locking lug position sensor can also be arranged at a different point along the path covered by the locking lug 4 during a closing operation, provided the conditions described below are detected and can be evaluated.
- the locking bolt position sensor 9 is arranged on the side of the locking bolt 5. It should be activated when the locking bolt 5 has covered a predetermined distance of its closing path Z.
- the locking bolt position sensor is preferably activated when the locking bolt 5 is excluded about 2/3 of its closing path S.
- Fig. 1 shows an example of a configuration in which the locking bolt in a fixed arrangement voltage of the locking bolt position sensor 9 is geometrically designed so that it is provided with a shoulder 20 at the appropriate point. In the event that the locking bolt position sensor 9 together as an electromechanical corresponding actuator of the position sensor.
- the shoulder 20 can also be used for triggering when using non-contact position sensors, for example a fork light barrier.
- Microswitches, contact lugs or the like can be used as electromechanical position sensors.
- inductive proximity switches, fork light barriers or the like are suitable as contactless position sensors.
- the locking lug position sensor 8 and the locking bolt position sensor 9 are connected on the output side to a logic evaluation arrangement 21, which is shown as an example in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the line 22 coming from the locking lug position sensor 8 is also logically linked to a first signaling line 23 coming from the signaling center and leading to the coil 7 via an AND gate 24.
- the first alarm line 23 and a separate second and third alarm line 27, 25 leading from the logic evaluation unit 21 to the alarm center are part of the lines 18.
- the logic evaluation arrangement 21, the AND element 24 and a driver 26 connected downstream of the AND element 24 are located on a common printed circuit board within the evaluation unit 17.
- the locking lug position sensor 8 supplies a logic L signal as long as it is actuated or damped, i.e. as long as the locking nose 4 is in the rest position. If the locking lug 4 is rotated from the rest position by actuating the profile cylinder 2, the locking lug position sensor 8 reports a logic H signal.
- the locking bolt position sensor 9 is arranged so that it delivers an L potential when the locking bolt 5 is retracted. This signal can be tapped on the output side until the shoulder 20 reaches the area of the locking bolt position sensor 9. This takes place here after about 2/3 of the closing path S. For the remaining third of the closing path S, the locking bolt position sensor 9 supplies an H potential.
- the signal on the line 22 from the locking lug position sensor 8 is denoted by S1 and the output signal derived from the locking bolt position sensor 9 is denoted by S2.
- a signal A2 can be tapped on the second detection line 25, which has an H level in the alarm state when the locking bolt 5 is sabotaged.
- a signal A1 is present at the third detection line 27. If the signal A1 has an H level, the alarm system or the alarm center is armed. If there is an L level, the alarm system is shaded out of focus.
- FIG. 2 shows another example of a block lock. It differs from the example shown in FIG. 1 essentially in that the shoulder 20 'on the locking bolt 5', via which the locking bolt position sensor 9 is triggered, is formed by a widened section of the locking bolt 5 in its rear region. The free front section 28 of the locking bolt 5 'is therefore narrower than the rear area. The first recess 16 'in the locking bolt 5' therefore serves exclusively to receive the pawl 15.
- the shoulder 20 ' is preferably attached at a point which denotes approximately 2/3 of the closing path s of the locking bolt 5'.
- the output signal S2 of the locking bolt position sensor 9 would have an H level when the locking bolt 5 is retracted and an L level when the locking bolt 5 is locked out.
- the necessary logical connections are derived, which are necessary for the formation of the status signals "arm / disarm signal” from the control center on line 27 and "sabotage / alarm message" when the locking latch 5, 5 'is pressed in by force Line 25 are necessary.
- the signal A1 on line 27 only becomes logic “1” when the locking lug 4 is turned out of the rest position and the locking bolt 5.5 'more than 60% of the closing path S is excluded. With the transition of the signal S1 on line 22 from logic “1" to logic "0", the output information is stored. If the signal A1 on line 27 is logic "1” and this state has been saved, this information is retained even if the latch is then pressed in by force. A signal change on the locking bolt position sensor 9 from logic "1" to logic "0” does not change the state of signal A1. The arming of the signaling system triggered by signal A1 is retained in any case.
- the signal A2 logic "1" on line 25 is derived from the combination of the pending signal information signal A1 logic “1", signal S1 logic "0" and signal S2 logic "0".
- FIG. 3 An example of a realization of the logical evaluation arrangement 21 is shown in FIG. 3.
- the arrangement is constructed exclusively with NAND elements.
- Another one for realizing the logic evaluation unit 21 ′ according to FIG. 4 has, in addition to NAND gates 29, an antivalence gate 30.
- the pulse diagram 5 shows the output signals of the two position sensors 8, 9 and the logic evaluation unit 21 during the different locking lug and locking bolt positions over time t.
- the first line of the pulse diagram shows the percentage of the closing path S covered.
- the associated position of the locking nose 4 is graphically illustrated from the second line and the associated degrees of angle are indicated.
- the voltage curve of the signals S1, S2, A1 and A2 is shown below.
- the trestle lock In the idle state, the locking nose 4 is in the angular position 0 ° and the latch 5 is retracted. There is an L level at the output of the two position sensors 8, 9. As a result, the two signals A1 and A2 also each have an L level. This means that the alarm system is disarmed and that there is no sabotage alarm.
- the signal S1 of the locking lug position sensor 8 changes its logical state from "0" to "1" at time t1.
- the energization of the coil 7 is released via the AND gate 24. If the inevitability is fulfilled in the signaling center, a signal with H level is also provided on line 23. Therefore, the coil 7 is energized and the pawl 6 is raised electromagnetically. Thus, the pushing out of the locking bolt 5 is released by lifting the mechanical lock.
- the coil 7 With the conjunctive linking of the output signal of the locking nose position sensor 8 and a release signal of the signaling center in the AND gate 24, the coil 7 is energized only when a locking process or a unlocking process also takes place. There is no current supply in the idle state. This function of temporary power supply is necessary in order to keep the total current consumption of the signaling center as low as possible and also to increase the life of the coil.
- the unlocking of the block lock and the disarming of the alarm system is done in reverse order.
- the key is inserted at time t4 and the locking lug 4 is turned clockwise from the rest position.
- the locking lug position sensor 8 therefore changes its logic state again from logic “0” to logic “1”.
- the latch 5 is now retracted.
- the locking bolt position sensor 9 reports a change in state from logic "1” to logic "0". This means that the signaling center is switched off via signal A1 by changing the level from logical "1” to "0".
- the state of the locking lug position sensor 8 remains unchanged at logic "1” until the locking lug 4 has again reached its rest position at time t6.
- the locking bolt position sensor 9 changes its state on the output side from logic "1" to logic "0" and the predetermined logic sequence is no longer adhered to , since the locking lug 4 is not actuated and the signal S1 remains at an L level.
- the signal A2 assumes an H level, with the result that an alarm is reported to the signaling center.
- the violent pressing in of the locking bolt 5 is indicated by a dash-dotted line.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a block lock, which is connected via a signaling line to a signaling center, with a locking bolt which can be adjusted between a closed and an open position along a bolt path, with a lock cylinder which can be actuated by a key and which has a locking lug which can be moved along a circular path is, by means of which the locking bolt can be actuated and with a locking bolt position sensor.
As is known, block locks are used in security technology, particularly in intrusion protection technology. They are used to arm or disarm an alarm system. In addition to a mechanical locking device, which essentially consists of the bolt and the locking cylinder, they also have an electromechanical / electromagnetic device which is connected to the signaling center. The block locks can be provided with tumblers that can be operated with a two- or three-way or that are mechanically designed so that a commercially available profile cylinder can be installed for locking.
When the block lock is mechanically closed, the alarm system into which the block lock is integrated is activated at the same time via the signaling center.
The cause of the non-fulfillment of this so-called inevitability can also be a fault in the operational readiness of the alarm system as a whole or of individual components.
The alarm system has so far been armed or disarmed by sensing the closed position of the bolt with a position sensor and transmitting a corresponding signal to the control center. This device has also proven itself very well in many applications. However, it could happen that a mechanical force is exerted on the locking bolt with the intention of sabotage, in order to press it from its closed position into the open position. If this attempt were successful, the locking bolt position sensor would indicate the open position and incorrectly switch the alarm system to the disarmed state. In order to rule out such manipulation and an inadmissible disarming derived therefrom, the bolt was previously provided with a predetermined breaking point, for example. If a corresponding force acts on the locking bolt, it breaks off at the predetermined breaking point. This means that disarming can be prevented mechanically, but detection and evaluation of a sabotage attempt is not carried out.
From GB-A 829 389 a lock which can be actuated with a key is known, in which the bolt travel is monitored by means of a sensor. If an attempt is made to push the bolt back, an alarm is triggered in any case. This monitoring is unsuitable for a block lock.
Furthermore, an electronic door lock is known from the subsequently published EP-
The invention has for its object to provide a block lock of the type mentioned, in which an attempt to move the locking bolt unauthorized by force from the closed position to the open position is detected and displayed.
This object is achieved in that the locking nose position sensor is arranged at one point on the circular path, and in that the locking nose position sensor and the locking bolt position sensor have a logic evaluation unit with which the sequence in which the two position sensors are triggered is determined and evaluated with are connected to the alarm center.
The invention is based on the idea that when the block lock is properly locked or unlocked, a predetermined sequence of movements of the locking lug and the locking bolt is always observed. If there is an unauthorized attempt to move the locking bolt from the locking to the open position. In other words, with a block lock the condition must be met that first the locking lug and then the locking bolt are moved. If only the locking bolt is actuated instead, an unauthorized person tries to open it.
A preferred development of the invention is that the locking nose position sensor is arranged in a position in which it detects the rest position of the locking nose of the profile cylinder. Another development can be seen in the fact that the locking bolt position sensor is arranged in a position in which it emits an output signal when the locking bolt is locked out by approximately 2/3 of the locking path. In this way, the positions and the sequence of movements of the locking bolt and the locking lug can be evaluated very reliably. It proves to be advantageous that the locking nose position sensor and / or the locking bolt position sensor are designed as electromechanical position sensors. In this case, the triggering of the position sensor is particularly simple if the locking bolt is provided with a recess for engagement with an actuating member of the position sensor. Alternatively, it may be advantageous for the locking bolt to be provided with a switching cam for engagement with an actuating member of the locking bolt.
On the other hand, it can also be advantageous that the locking lug position sensor and / or the locking bolt position sensor are designed as non-contact proximity switches. It is particularly advantageous that in this case the proximity switch is designed as an inductive position transmitter. Alternatively, it may be appropriate to design the proximity switch as a capacitive position sensor or as a fork light barrier.
A special embodiment of the invention is that the evaluation unit is formed by logic logic elements which are arranged within the block lock.

The
After a rotation of 360 °, the locking
In order to detect the position of the locking
The locking
Microswitches, contact lugs or the like can be used as electromechanical position sensors. For example, inductive proximity switches, fork light barriers or the like are suitable as contactless position sensors.
For the following description of the function of the block lock, it is assumed, for example, that the locking
The locking
The signal on the
It differs from the example shown in FIG. 1 essentially in that the shoulder 20 'on the locking bolt 5', via which the locking
In the
The signal A1 on
The signal A2 logic "1" on
An example of a realization of the
Darunter ist der Spannungsverlauf der Signal S1, S2, A1 und A2 dargestellt.5 shows the output signals of the two
The function of the trestle lock will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. In the idle state, the locking
If a suitable key is now inserted into the
Simultaneously with this signal change on the locking
At time t2, about 60% of the bolt travel S has been covered, so that the locking
The unlocking of the block lock and the disarming of the alarm system is done in reverse order. The key is inserted at time t4 and the locking
It is readily apparent from the pulse diagram in FIG. 5 that a properly carried out opening and / or closing operation results in a defined sequence of changes in the state of the two
However, if, for example, in the armed state of the burglar alarm center, the
