Claims (8)

  1. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial mit einem Schichtträger und mindestens einer darauf befindlichen lichtempfindlichen Silberhalogenidemulsionsschicht mit 10⁻⁸ bis 10⁻⁵ Mol Metallion pro Mol vorhandenem Silberhalogenid und 80 bis 99 Mol-% Silberchlorid enthaltenden und eine silberbromidreiche Phase aufweisenden Silberhalogenidkörnchen, wobei die Schicht mit einem Härtungsmittel der folgenden Formel II oder III gehärtet worden ist:

  2. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Metall aus Iridium, Cadmium, Blei, Kupfer, Zink, Rhodium, Palladium, Platin, Thallium oder Eisen besteht.
  3. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-AufZeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Metall aus Iridium oder Rhodium besteht.
  4. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Metallion in Form eines Metallsalzes oder eines Metallkomplexsalzes vorliegt.
  5. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Metallsalz oder Metallkomplexsalz aus Iridiumtrichlorid, Iridiumtetrachlorid, Kaliumhexachloriridat(III), Kaliumhexachloriridat(IV) oder Ammoniumhexachloriridat(III) besteht.
  6. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die silberbromidreiche Phase von einer derartigen Größe ist, daß sie durch Röntgenbeugungsanalyse unterscheidbar nachgewiesen werden kann.
  7. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Silberhalogenidemulsionsschicht monodisperse Silberhalogenidkörnchen mit einem Variationskoeffizienten, ausgedrückt als das Verhältnis Standardabweichung der Korngrößeverteilung/durchschnittliche Korngröße, kleiner oder gleich 0,22 umfaßt.
  8. Lichtempfindliches photographisches Silberhalogenid-Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Variationskoeffizient kleiner oder gleich 0,15 ist.
