Claims (1)

  1. Procédé pour former un emballage en carton ou analogue pour un objet ayant au moins de façon approchée la forme d'un disque circulaire, consistant en une pièce découpée (1, 41) avec une paroi supérieure (2), une paroi pour le fond (5) ainsi que deux parois latérales (3, 4) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une couture collée (K) pour former une gaine en forme de tuyau, des languettes (22 à 29) étant articulées sur les deux bords libres de la paroi supérieure et de la paroi pour le fond (2, 5), languettes qui forment la fermeture des faces frontales de l'emballage, procédé caractérisé en ce que la pièce découpée, pourvue de languettes (10 à 13) articulées sur les bords libres des parois latérales (3, 4) et équipée d'une paroi pour le fond (5) consistant en deux sections (5) se recouvrant partiellement l'une l'autre, est posée avec son côté extérieur vers le bas sur un dispositif de façonnage, ensuite les deux parois latérales sont pliées à 90° vers le haut avec les autres éléments de paroi supérieure ou pour le fond façonnés là dessus, et ensuite ces éléments de paroi libres sont pliés en arrière à 90°, sur quoi l'objet à emballer est introduit dans la cavité ainsi réalisée et les éléments de paroi libres (5) sont pliés l'un vers l'autre à 180°, tandis que dans la zone de recouvrement de ces éléments de paroi libres (5) est réalisé un cordon longitudinal (K) par dépôt de colle hot-melt ou analogue, sur quoi les languettes (10 à 13) articulées sur les parois latérales (3, 4) sont pliées et ensuite les parois frontales sont formées par pliage l'une sur l'autre et collage des languettes articulées sur la paroi supérieure et la paroi pour le fond.
