Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Löschwagen für Verkokungsöfen, der zur Aufnahme des garen Brandes einer Ofenkammer im Stillstand dient und längs einer Batterie von Verkokungsöfen unter den Löschturm verfahrbar ist, wobei der Koksaufnahmebehälter des Wagens als viereckiger Kasten ausgebildet und mit einem schräg angeordneten Boden versehen ist, der zu der Koksrampe, die auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Koksofenbatterie liegt, schräg nach unten verläuft. Die der Koksrampe zugewandte Vorderwand (6) des Aufnahmebehälters (4) ist an ihrem unteren Abschnitt über ihre ganze Länge mit einer nach außen verschwenkbaren Klappe (10) versehen, die über eine Betätigungsstange (11) und eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung (15), (18) aus einer Stellung, in der sie den Aufnahmebehälter dicht verschließt, in eine Stellung verschwenkbar ist, in der sie um einen Spalt «a» geöffnet ist, der im Bereich des tiefsten Punktes des Schrägbodens (8) entsteht. Die Austragsöffnung (9) des Aufnahmebehälters (4) bleibt dabei durch die innere, gitterförmige Klappenverkleidung (27) verschlossen. Diese weisen außerdem vom Löschbehälter in Richtung zur Koksrampe hin, nämlich in Fließrichtung des Löschwassers, eine konische Verbreiterung auf. Dadurch können sich die Austrittsspalte nicht mit Koksgruß oder kleineren Koksstücken zusetzen, sondern werden vielmehr mit dem austretenden Löschwasser freigespült. Die Vorderwand (6) des Behälters ist erfindungsgemäß an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer Öffnung (9) versehen, die sich über die gesamte Länge der Vorderwand erstreckt. Die Gußplatten stoßen nicht aneinander, sondern sind mit einer vorbestimmten Spaltbreite neben- und übereinander angeordnet. Durch die Spalte, die zwischen den einzelnen Platten freigelassen sind, können Dampf und Wasser in die Abflußräume eintreten. Die wasserdichten Abflußräume sind nach unten zu mit nicht dargestellten Schiebern oder Ventilen versehen, die einen geregelten Wasserabfluß während bzw. nach dem Löschvorgang erlauben. Auch der Boden des Behälters (8) ist, wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich, in ähnlicher Weise als Doppelboden ausgebildet.(6) is pivotable. Auf dem oberen vorderen Ende des Wagens ist ein Kniehebelgelenk (21) befestigt, dessen Drehpunkt mit (22) bezeichnet ist.
