Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines indigogefärbten Baumwollschussqarnes, das auf Schussgarnspulen webfertig aufgewickelt ist, bei dem das Garn nach dem Verfahren der Schlichtefärbung in Form mindestens einer Garnlage aus einer Vielzahl von parallelen einzelnen Fäden indigogefärbt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einzelne Garne nach dem Färben von der mindestens einen Gamlaqe abqetrennt werden, und dass diese Garne einzeln als Schussgarne auf Webspulen aufgewickelt werden, welche nebeneinander auf einer gemeinsamen Welle angeordnet sind, während die restlichen Garne als Kettgarne aufqebäumt werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Lage aus einer Vielzahl paralleler Einzelschussqarne mit seitlichem Abstand zusammen mit mindestens zwei übereinander liegenden dichten Kettgarnlagen gefärbt werden, welche jeweils aus einer Vielzahl von parallelen Kettqarnen bestehen, dass die genannte Lage aus Schussgarnen nach dem Färben von den Kettgarnlagen qetrennt wird, und dass die Schussgarne qetrennt und einzeln auf den genannten Webspulen aufgewickelt werden.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein gefärbtes Baumwollkettgarn, das auf einem Kettbaum als dichte Garnlagen aus jeweils einer Vielzahl von einzelnen parallelen Garnen aufgewickelt ist, von diesem Kettbaum als dichte Gamschicht abqewickelt und auf einem zweiten Kettbaum wieder aufgewickelt wird, und dass eine vorbestimmte Anzahl einzelner Garne während dieser Umwicklung von den Kettgarnlagen abqetrennt und einzeln als Schussgarne auf den genannten Webspulen aufgewickelt wird.

Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Vorratsspulen (64, 66, 72; 80) mit Wicklungen von Garnlagen, die jeweils aus einer Vielzahl von einzelnen parallelen Garnen bestehen, durch mindestens einen Kettbaum (68, 70; 86), durch Mittel (43; 73) zum Abtrennen von Schussqarnen aus laufenden Kettqarnlagen, und durch mindestens eine Gruppe von Schussgarn-Webspulen (42), die nebeneinander auf mindestens einer horizontalen Welle (44) angeordnet und gemeinsam befestigt sind.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 zur Ausführung des Verfahrens von Anspruch 2, enthaltend weiterhin einen Schussgamvorrat (72), Mittel zum Zusammenführen der genannten Kettgarne und Schussgame, und Mittel (73) zum Abtrennen der Schussgarne von den genannten Kettgarnen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 zur Ausführung des Verfahrens von Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet 'durch eine Einrichtung zum Abwickeln einer dichten Lage (82) indigogefärbter Kettgarne von einem Kettbaum (80), Mittel (43) zum Abtrennen einer vorbestimmten Anzahl einzelner Garne von den genannten dichten Garnlagen (82), eine Einrichtunq zum einzelnen Aufwickeln der abgetrennten Garne als Schussgarne, mit mehreren horizontalen Wellen (44), die jeweils Webspulen (42) seitlich nebeneinander tragen, und durch eine Einrichtunq zum Aufwickeln der restlichen Kettqarne auf einem Aufnahmebaum (86).
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch qekennzeichnet, dass die qenannte horizontale Welle (44) mit einem Zentrumsantrieb mit konstantem Drehmoment versehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch qekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrumsantrieb ein Hydraulikmotor ist.
