Aufgrund der Anordnung des Schwenkriegels im Bereich der anschlagseitigen Ladenkante sind solche Feststeller durch das geöffnete Fenster hindurch besser zugänglich. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, daß der Rastkörper 9 in der den Bandzapfen 5 überragenden Aufnahmeöffnung 10 der Bandhülse 6 verschiebbar gelagert ist und einen der Ouerschnittsform der Aufnahmeöffnung 10 angepaßten Querschnitt in Form eines regelmäßigen Sechseckes aufweist. Zum Lösen dieser Drehsperre 8 ist der Sperrstift 17 an seinem aus der Bandhülse 6 vorragenden Teil in den Bereich des in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Führungsabschnittes 19b zu verschieben, so daß beim Drehen des Ladens die Bandhülse 6 durch den Sperrstift 17 freigegeben wird.
