Definitions

  • the invention relates to an additional balloon device of the type explained in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such an additional balloon device is known from DE-OS 30 15 962.
  • the known additional balloon device can only be used to illuminate a balloon and contains one of the usual battery-operated flashlights, in which the head part with the pushed-on balloon is put on instead of the optics.
  • the head part consists of a stopper that contains a support tube for the lamp holder and an inflation tube with a check valve.
  • the plug is attached to the hull of the flashlight via a conical intermediate tube.
  • the outer diameter of the filler plug is provided with projections over which the filler neck of the balloon is pulled.
  • the carrier tube for the lamp holder extends approximately into the middle of the balloon and carries at its upper end the thread for the bulb and a rubber seal for sealing the space between the bulb and the carrier tube.
  • the carrier tube is open towards the body of the flashlight.
  • the filling channel designed as a blow-in tube protrudes somewhat from the underside of the stopper, so that the balloon can also be inflated with the mouth.
  • the end of the filling channel reaching into the balloon is closed by a check valve designed as a simple rubber washer and the free end of the filling channel is closed by an attachable closure part.
  • the electrical connection between the lamp and the fuselage of the flashlight takes place via an electrical line, which is attached to the lamp holder of the flashlight and to the lamp holder of the support tube is brought, whereby only a soldering is possible for the type of attachment.
  • the two poles of the electrical line must be connected to the lamp holder of the support tube and the lamp holder of the flashlight before the plug is attached to the body of the flashlight.
  • the balloon must also be inflated before it is placed on the fuselage of the torch.
  • the type of electrical connection requires that the plug be open at the bottom.
  • the lamp holder on the support tube is sealed by a rubber piece, but since the lamp has to be screwed in and out, it cannot be ensured that the balloon can be optimally sealed.
  • the known balloon auxiliary device can only be used in the manner shown.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of designing a balloon auxiliary device in such a way that it can be used in a variety of ways and that the balloon can be sealed securely.
  • the embodiment according to claim 6 allows the use of conventional balloons.
  • the embodiment according to claim 12 describes a particularly simple, one-piece sprayable head part, the final assembly of which requires only a few manipulations.
  • the embodiment according to claim 13 allows additional optical effects.
  • the configuration according to claim 14 ensures that the inflation of the balloon is not hindered by the additional disc.
  • Claim 15 describes a particularly preferred arrangement of the disc, it being possible to ensure in a simple manner that the gas tightness of the head part is not impaired thereby.
  • Claim 18 describes an alternative embodiment of the clutch, which is particularly useful when the balloon z. B. is exposed to larger wind forces.
  • attachment options for the balloon described in claims 19 and 20 can be provided together or individually on the head part and selected depending on the size of the balloon or the type of gas used for filling.
  • the balloon can also be hung upside down, the configuration of the suspension device according to claim 22 being preferred in terms of construction.
  • Claims 23 and 24 describe further precautions with which additional lighting effects can be achieved.
  • the balloon together with the head part can be detached from the supporting part and still shines when it z. B. rises into the air by filling with helium.
  • acoustic effects can be achieved in addition to or instead of the lighting effects.
  • B. music, language or acoustic noises can be transmitted.
  • Claim 28 describes a possibility of placing a support part designed as a handle housing on a solid base.
  • Claims 29 and 30 describe a possibility of clamping the supporting part, which is designed as a handle housing, onto a base.
  • the configuration according to claims 31 and 32 ensures that the balloon can still be inflated even when it is already coupled to the supporting part, which can be necessary in particular if the balloon is somewhat relaxed after a long period of use.
  • the balloon can be deflated when it is detached from the supporting part. This ensures, in particular when filling with a gas that is lighter than air, that the balloon does not rise into the air and can therefore be lost unintentionally.
  • Claims 34 and 35 describe further options for filling the balloon.
  • the embodiment according to claim 36 is particularly advantageous where the balloons are to be used as a balloon chain, since this greatly simplifies the assembly of the chain.
  • the configuration according to claim 37 makes it easier to inflate the balloons.

  • the lamp 14 is arranged in the middle of a curved reflector 15, which is accommodated in the sleeve 7 facing the interior of the balloon 1 as directly as possible .
  • the reflector 15 is of course aligned with the interior of the balloon 1, so that optimal illumination of the entire balloon 1 can be achieved.
  • a filling channel 16 opens laterally into the cylinder wall of the sleeve 7.
  • the entry point of the filling channel 16 is sealed, which can also advantageously be done by casting resin, whereby the filling channel 16 is attached to the sleeve 7 at the same time.
  • the filling channel 16 is closed by a plug 17, which is captively connected to the filling channel 16 in a known manner.
  • the balloon 1 can be inflated through the filling channel 16 after it has been filled with the filling nozzle 1 a over the open end of the sleeve 7 was pulled and fastened by means of a fastening ring 18.
  • the fastening ring 18 can be designed as a clamping ring with a closure or it can be a simple rubber ring which is arranged above the balloon bead 1a '.
  • the reflector 15 In order to enable the balloon 1 to be inflated through the closable filling channel 16, the reflector 15, as shown in FIG. 3, must be designed in cross section such that it does not completely fill the inner cross section of the sleeve 7.
  • the reflector 15 In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the reflector 15 is shaped in such a way that two symmetrically designed, circular-segment-shaped passages 19 remain between it and the inner wall of the bushing 7.
  • the reflector 15 can also be square, so that four passages are formed.
  • the reflector 15 can also have any other polygonal shape which, in conjunction with the circular cross section of the cylindrical sleeve 7, allows lateral passages.
  • FIG. 4 shows further embodiments of the head part 2.
  • a groove 20 is provided on the outside of the bush 7, which groove 1 a 1 . of the filler neck 1a of the balloon 1, which is only indicated schematically.
  • groove 20 can also be provided in those head parts 2 which, in addition to securing the balloon 1, have the fastening ring 18.
  • the arrangement and design of the filling channel 16 are also changed.
  • the filling channel 16 opens at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve 7 such that the outer end of the filling channel 16 is inclined away from the balloon 1. This in particular makes it easier to inflate the balloon 1 with the mouth, since a greater distance is produced between the outer end of the filling channel 16 and the inflated balloon 1.
  • a further change relates to the stopper 17 for the filling channel 16.
  • the stopper 17, which is designed as a cap, is connected to the supporting part 3 via a band 21 in a manner not shown.
  • the band 21 is either detachably attached to the stopper 17 or to the supporting part 3 by hand, but the connection is to be made in such a way that unintentional loosening of the band 21 is not possible. If the contact socket contact pin connection between the head part 2 and the support part 3 is now unintentionally released, the band 21 tears the plug 17 out of the filling channel 16. This allows the balloon 1 to empty over the filling channel 16 and is not lost, especially if it is filled with a light gas.
  • the filling channel 16 is arranged in the end wall 7 ′ of the bushing 7 and points in the direction of the supporting part 3. Such an arrangement of the filling channel 16 is advantageous where the gas supply through the supporting part 3 takes place in the manner described below.

  • the translucent pane 22 can be made of colored glass or colored plastic material, for example, or can have various types of translucent interruptions to achieve a point-like light pattern on the balloon 1, for example.
  • the disk 22 can be permanently integrated in the bushing 7 or the reflector 15 or can be arranged interchangeably.
  • the cylinder wall of the sleeve 7 contains a slot 23 which is so large that the disc 22 can be inserted and pulled out.
  • the disc 22, as better shown in Figure 6, contains a handle 22 a protruding from the sleeve 7.
  • a projection 24 is provided for resting the disc 22.
  • the projection 24 can either be provided only on the part of the sleeve 7 opposite the slot 23.
  • the disk 22 is of such a size that it can rest on the slit wall of the sleeve 7 at its handle-side end.
  • a projection 24 can also be provided on the slot side of the sleeve 7.
  • the projection 24 can, as drawn, extend over the entire contact surface of the disk 22, but it can also be provided only in sections.
  • the disk 22 has approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the reflector 15, so that passages 19 remain free for the gas to pass through.
  • the slot 23 is further arranged such that it can be covered by the filler 1 a of the balloon 1, the material of the filler 1 a both. holding the disc 22 and the gas-tight sealing of the slot 23 takes over.
  • Figure 7 shows an embodiment with which the head part 2 upside down, i.e. can be hung with the balloon 1 pointing downwards.
  • a recess 25 is provided on the sleeve 7 on two opposite sides of the cylinder wall, not covered by the filler 1 a of the balloon 1.
  • the free spring ends of a spring clip 26 can be snapped into the recesses 25. This spring clip can then be lined up on rods or attached to hooks.
  • Figure 8 shows a further embodiment of the head part 2, which is particularly advantageous when the balloon 1 is filled with a gas that is lighter than air and should rise.
  • the material of the sleeve 7 and all the internals used must be particularly light.
  • the lines 10 and 11 lead from the contact socket 8 first to intermediate contacts 27 and 28 and only from there to the lamp holder 13 of the lamp 14 or to a sound source, not shown.
  • the intermediate contacts 27 and 28 are arranged so that they can accommodate one of the usual small batteries, either a button battery or a mignon cell.
  • the head part 2 is independent of the power supply via the contact socket 8, so that the balloon 1 can also be illuminated from the inside when it rises, for example.
  • a captive plug 17 has been drawn here, which can be used instead of the captive plug 17 from FIG. 2.
  • Figures 9 and 10 show another embodiment of the head part 2, in which the reflector 15, the lamp holder 13, the filling channel 16 and a connecting channel 51, which establishes the connection between the filling channel 17 and the interior of the balloon, in one piece with a tubular outer wall 52 of the Head part 2 is injected.
  • the gas-tight seal is achieved by the reflector and the lamp holder itself.
  • the reflector is arranged in the vicinity of the end of the head part 2 pointing towards the interior of the balloon 1 and the filling channel 16 opens below the reflector into the connecting path 51. This creates space so that the contact pin 9 in this embodiment is on the head part 2 can be arranged.
  • the contact pin 9 extends through the lamp holder 13 and is fastened and sealed to it in a known manner with casting resin or a similar adhesive. The contacts of the contact pin 9 are then guided to the corresponding contacts of the lamp 14 in a manner not shown.
  • the support part 3 must contain the contact socket 8.
  • the support part 3 can have an extension 53 which can be inserted into the end of the tubular outer wall 52 facing away from the balloon 1.
  • the approach 53 must in particular have a recess for the connecting path 51, so that the head part 2 is pushed onto the approach 53 of the support part 3 and held there against rotation.
  • FIG. 9 an embodiment of the connection between the plug 17 and the support member 3 through the band 21 is also shown.
  • the band 21 is fastened to a stopper 17 which is designed to be captive and carries at its other end an elastic ring 54 which can be pulled via a button 55 on the supporting part 3.
  • FIG. 11 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a head part 2.
  • the head part 2 in turn has a tubular outer wall 56 which is penetrated in the manner already described by the filling channel 16 and which receives the reflector 15, the lamp holder 13 and the lamp 14.
  • the gas-tight seal is here by a Reached sealing washer 57, which, after making all the electrical connections into the interior of the tubular wall 56, was fastened again in a sealing manner, for example, with casting resin.
  • the contact socket 8 is held by supports or support disks 58 injected into the tubular wall 56.
  • a further plug contact 59 extends through the tubular wall 56 and can be designed for connection to an LF power source, a radio, an amplifier with a microphone, etc.

It However, it is also possible to arrange the sound source 61 below the sealing disk 57 and to provide the tubular wall 56 with sound slots there.
  • Another modification relates to the suspension of the balloon 1 with the aid of the spring clip 26.
  • the tubular wall 56 is extended on the side facing away from the balloon 1, so that the recesses 25 can be formed as through holes in the wall.
  • the band 21 for the plug 17 is expediently attached to the spring clip 26.
  • fastening eyes 64 can be arranged on the side of the tubular wall 56 facing the balloon 1.
  • the fastening eyelets 64 serve to hang decorative objects into the interior of the balloon 1, as will be described in more detail below.
  • FIG. 12 shows a support part 3 designed as a cylindrical handle housing 29.
  • the cylindrical handle housing 29 preferably has the same diameter as the head part 2.
  • the contact pin 9 is arranged such that when the head part 2 and the support part 3 are coupled together, the outer surfaces of the head part 2 and the handle housing 29 are aligned with one another, this being expediently achieved in that both the contact socket 8 and the contact pin 9 coaxial with the respective central axes of the head part 2 and the handle housing 29.

  • a control device can also be provided, with the aid of which it is possible to set desired flashing sequences beforehand or to make them dependent on other external factors.
  • the components required for this are known in practice and need not be explained in more detail.
  • the flashing device can of course also be switched on between the contact socket 8 and the lamp 14 instead of between the battery and the contact pin 9.
  • a rechargeable accumulator can also be accommodated instead of the batteries, which rechargeable battery can be recharged in a known manner by the general power network.
  • the contacts necessary for plugging into a normal socket are then expediently hidden under the second end wall 29 ".
  • a small transformer in the handle housing 29, which can be connected directly or via a longer or shorter connection line to a normal socket. This Small however, the transformer can also be provided as a separate component.
  • a gas cartridge for inflating the balloon 1 can also be accommodated in the handle housing 29.
  • a head part with a filling channel 16 extending through the end wall 7 ' would then have to be used.
  • the mouth of the gas cartridge is arranged so that the filling channel 16 opens the outlet valve of the gas cartridge when the contact pin 9 is inserted into the contact socket 8, so that the gas can flow into the balloon 1 from the gas cartridge. Since the filling channel 16 is closed in this embodiment by the outlet valve of the gas cartridge in the support part 3, it is in turn ensured that the balloon 1 filled with a light gas together with the head part 2 cannot rise if it unintentionally detaches from the support part 3. In this case, the gas will empty through the fill channel 16 and the balloon will fall to the ground.
  • the gas cartridge can also be designed to be disposable or rechargeable at a compressed gas source.
  • the handle housing 29 can also be designed to be placed on a flat surface, a push-on foot 30 being used.

  • the clamping device 32 contains a compression spring 34 which extends within the bag recess 31.
  • the compression spring 34 is supported with one end on the second end wall 29 ′′ of the handle housing 29, which is designed as a cover plate, and with its other end on a plate 35.
  • a rod 36 is connected to the plate 35, which is defined by the compression spring 34 and a Recess 37 extends in the end wall 29 ′′ and is connected to a clamping plate 38 outside the handle housing.
  • the clamping plate 38 runs parallel to the underside of the second end wall 29 ".
  • the rod 36 is preferably so long that the plate 35 strikes almost or straight when the clamping plate 38 abuts the second end wall 29". If the handle housing 29 is to be clamped, for example, at the edge of a table, the clamping plate 38 with the rod 36 and the plate 35 is pulled out of the sack recess 31. As a result, the spring 34 is tensioned.
  • the handle housing 29 and the clamping plate 38 are guided over the edge of a table plate, so that the table plate comes to lie between the clamping plate 38 and the second end wall 29 ". If the clamping plate 38 is now released, the spring 34 can relax partially, pulls the Clamping plate 38 in the direction of the second end wall 29 "and thus clamps the handle housing 29 firmly on the table.

Description

The invention relates to an additional balloon device of the type explained in the preamble of claim 1.

Such an additional balloon device is known from DE-OS 30 15 962. The known additional balloon device can only be used to illuminate a balloon and contains one of the usual battery-operated flashlights, in which the head part with the pushed-on balloon is put on instead of the optics. The head part consists of a stopper that contains a support tube for the lamp holder and an inflation tube with a check valve. The plug is attached to the hull of the flashlight via a conical intermediate tube. The outer diameter of the filler plug is provided with projections over which the filler neck of the balloon is pulled. The carrier tube for the lamp holder extends approximately into the middle of the balloon and carries at its upper end the thread for the bulb and a rubber seal for sealing the space between the bulb and the carrier tube. The carrier tube is open towards the body of the flashlight. The filling channel designed as a blow-in tube protrudes somewhat from the underside of the stopper, so that the balloon can also be inflated with the mouth. The end of the filling channel reaching into the balloon is closed by a check valve designed as a simple rubber washer and the free end of the filling channel is closed by an attachable closure part. The electrical connection between the lamp and the fuselage of the flashlight takes place via an electrical line, which is attached to the lamp holder of the flashlight and to the lamp holder of the support tube is brought, whereby only a soldering is possible for the type of attachment. The two poles of the electrical line must be connected to the lamp holder of the support tube and the lamp holder of the flashlight before the plug is attached to the body of the flashlight. The balloon must also be inflated before it is placed on the fuselage of the torch. However, the type of electrical connection requires that the plug be open at the bottom. The lamp holder on the support tube is sealed by a rubber piece, but since the lamp has to be screwed in and out, it cannot be ensured that the balloon can be optimally sealed. In addition, due to the rigidity of the electrical connection, the known balloon auxiliary device can only be used in the manner shown.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a balloon auxiliary device in such a way that it can be used in a variety of ways and that the balloon can be sealed securely.

The head part 2 consists of a cylindrical sleeve 7 which is attached to the balloon 1 facing end is open and is sealed gas-tight on its side facing away from the balloon 1 with an end wall 7 '. The bushing 7 is injection-molded in one piece from a light plastic that is as physiologically harmless as possible (children's toys). A contact socket 8 extends through the end wall 7 'and is designed as a coaxial plug connection for cooperation with a contact pin 9 shown further below in FIG. 12. The contact socket 8 thus contains two contact points 8 ′ and 8 ″, which are separated from one another by insulation. Electrical lines 10 and 11 connect to the contact points 8 ′ and 8 ″. The contact socket 8 bears on the outside of the end wall 7 'with a flange and is preferably fastened to the inside of the socket 7 preferably by a blob of cast resin 12, the electrical lines 10 and 11 being fixed at the same time, and also gas-tight to the outside completed. The electrical lines 10 and 11 lead to a socket 13 for a lamp 14 used as a light source. The lamp 14 is arranged in the middle of a curved reflector 15, which is accommodated in the sleeve 7 facing the interior of the balloon 1 as directly as possible . The reflector 15 is of course aligned with the interior of the balloon 1, so that optimal illumination of the entire balloon 1 can be achieved.

Below the reflector 15, a filling channel 16 opens laterally into the cylinder wall of the sleeve 7. The entry point of the filling channel 16 is sealed, which can also advantageously be done by casting resin, whereby the filling channel 16 is attached to the sleeve 7 at the same time. On its outward-facing side, the filling channel 16 is closed by a plug 17, which is captively connected to the filling channel 16 in a known manner. The balloon 1 can be inflated through the filling channel 16 after it has been filled with the filling nozzle 1 a over the open end of the sleeve 7 was pulled and fastened by means of a fastening ring 18. The fastening ring 18 can be designed as a clamping ring with a closure or it can be a simple rubber ring which is arranged above the balloon bead 1a '. When tightening the balloon 1 on the head part 2, care should be taken to ensure that the open end of the sleeve 7 projects only as far into the filler neck 1a of the balloon 1 as is absolutely necessary for fastening. This ensures that the wall of the sleeve 7 casts as little shadow as possible.

In order to enable the balloon 1 to be inflated through the closable filling channel 16, the reflector 15, as shown in FIG. 3, must be designed in cross section such that it does not completely fill the inner cross section of the sleeve 7. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the reflector 15 is shaped in such a way that two symmetrically designed, circular-segment-shaped passages 19 remain between it and the inner wall of the bushing 7. However, the reflector 15 can also be square, so that four passages are formed. However, the reflector 15 can also have any other polygonal shape which, in conjunction with the circular cross section of the cylindrical sleeve 7, allows lateral passages. Finally, it is also possible to connect the closable filling channel 16 to a tube which projects through the reflector and likewise establishes a gas connection. In this case, the passages 19 are then no longer required.

Figur 4 zeigt weitere Ausgestaltungsformen des Kopfteiles 2. Gegenüber der Ausführungsform nach Figur 2 ist hier an der Außenseite der Büchse 7 eine Nut 20 vorgesehen, die den Wulst 1 a1 .des Füllstutzens 1a des nur schematisch angedeuteten Ballons 1 aufnehmen kann.FIG. 4 shows further embodiments of the head part 2. Compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a groove 20 is provided on the outside of the bush 7, which groove 1 a 1 . of the filler neck 1a of the balloon 1, which is only indicated schematically.

However, the groove 20 can also be provided in those head parts 2 which, in addition to securing the balloon 1, have the fastening ring 18.

In the head part 2 shown in FIG. 4, the arrangement and design of the filling channel 16 are also changed. The filling channel 16 opens at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve 7 such that the outer end of the filling channel 16 is inclined away from the balloon 1. This in particular makes it easier to inflate the balloon 1 with the mouth, since a greater distance is produced between the outer end of the filling channel 16 and the inflated balloon 1.

A further change relates to the stopper 17 for the filling channel 16. The stopper 17, which is designed as a cap, is connected to the supporting part 3 via a band 21 in a manner not shown. The band 21 is either detachably attached to the stopper 17 or to the supporting part 3 by hand, but the connection is to be made in such a way that unintentional loosening of the band 21 is not possible. If the contact socket contact pin connection between the head part 2 and the support part 3 is now unintentionally released, the band 21 tears the plug 17 out of the filling channel 16. This allows the balloon 1 to empty over the filling channel 16 and is not lost, especially if it is filled with a light gas.

Eine solche Anordnung des Füllkanals 16 ist dort vorteilhaft, wo in weiter unten beschriebener Weise die Gaszuführung durch den Tragteil 3 erfolgt.5 shows further structural configurations of the head part 2, which can be provided alternatively or simultaneously with the features already described. In this exemplary embodiment, the filling channel 16 is arranged in the end wall 7 ′ of the bushing 7 and points in the direction of the supporting part 3. Such an arrangement of the filling channel 16 is advantageous where the gas supply through the supporting part 3 takes place in the manner described below.

Furthermore, in FIG. 5, a translucent pane 22 is arranged between the reflector 15 and the interior of the balloon 1 in order to achieve additional lighting effects. The translucent pane 22 can be made of colored glass or colored plastic material, for example, or can have various types of translucent interruptions to achieve a point-like light pattern on the balloon 1, for example. The disk 22 can be permanently integrated in the bushing 7 or the reflector 15 or can be arranged interchangeably. For interchangeable arrangement of the disc 22, the cylinder wall of the sleeve 7 contains a slot 23 which is so large that the disc 22 can be inserted and pulled out. For this purpose, the disc 22, as better shown in Figure 6, contains a handle 22 a protruding from the sleeve 7. Below the plane of the slot 23, a projection 24 is provided for resting the disc 22. The projection 24 can either be provided only on the part of the sleeve 7 opposite the slot 23. In this case, the disk 22 is of such a size that it can rest on the slit wall of the sleeve 7 at its handle-side end. However, a projection 24 can also be provided on the slot side of the sleeve 7. The projection 24 can, as drawn, extend over the entire contact surface of the disk 22, but it can also be provided only in sections. As FIG. 6 shows more clearly, the disk 22 has approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the reflector 15, so that passages 19 remain free for the gas to pass through. The slot 23 is further arranged such that it can be covered by the filler 1 a of the balloon 1, the material of the filler 1 a both. holding the disc 22 and the gas-tight sealing of the slot 23 takes over.

Figure 7 shows an embodiment with which the head part 2 upside down, i.e. can be hung with the balloon 1 pointing downwards. For this purpose, a recess 25 is provided on the sleeve 7 on two opposite sides of the cylinder wall, not covered by the filler 1 a of the balloon 1. The free spring ends of a spring clip 26 can be snapped into the recesses 25. This spring clip can then be lined up on rods or attached to hooks.

Figure 8 shows a further embodiment of the head part 2, which is particularly advantageous when the balloon 1 is filled with a gas that is lighter than air and should rise. In this embodiment, the material of the sleeve 7 and all the internals used must be particularly light. In this embodiment, the lines 10 and 11 lead from the contact socket 8 first to intermediate contacts 27 and 28 and only from there to the lamp holder 13 of the lamp 14 or to a sound source, not shown. The intermediate contacts 27 and 28 are arranged so that they can accommodate one of the usual small batteries, either a button battery or a mignon cell. As a result, the head part 2 is independent of the power supply via the contact socket 8, so that the balloon 1 can also be illuminated from the inside when it rises, for example. For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that a captive plug 17 has been drawn here, which can be used instead of the captive plug 17 from FIG. 2.

Figures 9 and 10 show another embodiment of the head part 2, in which the reflector 15, the lamp holder 13, the filling channel 16 and a connecting channel 51, which establishes the connection between the filling channel 17 and the interior of the balloon, in one piece with a tubular outer wall 52 of the Head part 2 is injected. In this execution For example, the gas-tight seal is achieved by the reflector and the lamp holder itself. Also in this embodiment, the reflector is arranged in the vicinity of the end of the head part 2 pointing towards the interior of the balloon 1 and the filling channel 16 opens below the reflector into the connecting path 51. This creates space so that the contact pin 9 in this embodiment is on the head part 2 can be arranged. The contact pin 9 extends through the lamp holder 13 and is fastened and sealed to it in a known manner with casting resin or a similar adhesive. The contacts of the contact pin 9 are then guided to the corresponding contacts of the lamp 14 in a manner not shown. For this head part 2, the support part 3 must contain the contact socket 8. At the same time, the support part 3 can have an extension 53 which can be inserted into the end of the tubular outer wall 52 facing away from the balloon 1. The approach 53 must in particular have a recess for the connecting path 51, so that the head part 2 is pushed onto the approach 53 of the support part 3 and held there against rotation.

In Figure 9, an embodiment of the connection between the plug 17 and the support member 3 through the band 21 is also shown. In this exemplary embodiment, the band 21 is fastened to a stopper 17 which is designed to be captive and carries at its other end an elastic ring 54 which can be pulled via a button 55 on the supporting part 3.

The head part 2 in turn has a tubular outer wall 56 which is penetrated in the manner already described by the filling channel 16 and which receives the reflector 15, the lamp holder 13 and the lamp 14. The gas-tight seal is here by a Reached sealing washer 57, which, after making all the electrical connections into the interior of the tubular wall 56, was fastened again in a sealing manner, for example, with casting resin. In this exemplary embodiment, the contact socket 8 is held by supports or support disks 58 injected into the tubular wall 56. A further plug contact 59 extends through the tubular wall 56 and can be designed for connection to an LF power source, a radio, an amplifier with a microphone, etc. From this plug-in contact, the necessary electrical connecting lines 60, sealed by the sealing disk 57, lead to one or more sound sources 61. One or more micro-speakers or ceramic transducers can be used as the sound source 61, for example. In this case, the radio or the microphone can also be accommodated in the handle housing 29. One of the commercially available music computers can also be used as the sound source 61, which can be supplied with the necessary energy either by own batteries or by a battery according to FIG. 8, so that the balloon can rise. Acoustic effects can thus also be achieved by the sound source 61 in addition to or instead of the lighting effects.

A further modification relates to the translucent disk 22. In this exemplary embodiment, the translucent disk 22 is snapped into an only indicated holder 62 which is arranged at the end of the tubular wall 56 on the balloon side. It is expedient to design either the tubular wall 56 or the translucent pane with limited flexibility so that a secure hold is ensured. Furthermore, the reflector 15 is not held by the electrical lines 10 and 11 alone, but can be supported on a stop 63, so that the space between the reflector 15 and the sealing disk 57 is fully available for the installation of the sound source 61. It However, it is also possible to arrange the sound source 61 below the sealing disk 57 and to provide the tubular wall 56 with sound slots there. Another modification relates to the suspension of the balloon 1 with the aid of the spring clip 26. In this exemplary embodiment, the tubular wall 56 is extended on the side facing away from the balloon 1, so that the recesses 25 can be formed as through holes in the wall. The band 21 for the plug 17 is expediently attached to the spring clip 26.

Finally, fastening eyes 64 can be arranged on the side of the tubular wall 56 facing the balloon 1. The fastening eyelets 64 serve to hang decorative objects into the interior of the balloon 1, as will be described in more detail below.

The design of the support parts 3 is described in more detail below.

The cylindrical handle housing 29 preferably has the same diameter as the head part 2. The contact pin 9, which together with the contact socket 8 on the head part 2, is arranged on one of the end faces 29 ′ of the handle housing 29 forms the electrical-mechanical coupling of head part 2 and support part 3. The contact pin 9 is arranged such that when the head part 2 and the support part 3 are coupled together, the outer surfaces of the head part 2 and the handle housing 29 are aligned with one another, this being expediently achieved in that both the contact socket 8 and the contact pin 9 coaxial with the respective central axes of the head part 2 and the handle housing 29. The contact pin 9 is struck by a flange on the end face 29 'of the handle housing 29 and likewise has 2 contact zones 9' and 9 ". The handle housing 29 is hollow, the end wall 29" opposite the contact pin 9 being removable in a manner not shown (for example disengaging, unscrewing) or foldable) so that the inside of the handle housing can hold one or more batteries. The batteries are connected to each other so that they can be electrically connected to the contact pin 9 via the switch 4. Between the power source and the contact pin 9, a flashing device, not shown, can also be switched on, which can either be operated manually via the switch 4 or contains a transistor, through which the current supply to the lamp 14 can be briefly interrupted. A control device can also be provided, with the aid of which it is possible to set desired flashing sequences beforehand or to make them dependent on other external factors. The components required for this are known in practice and need not be explained in more detail. The flashing device can of course also be switched on between the contact socket 8 and the lamp 14 instead of between the battery and the contact pin 9.

In the handle housing 29, however, a rechargeable accumulator can also be accommodated instead of the batteries, which rechargeable battery can be recharged in a known manner by the general power network. The contacts necessary for plugging into a normal socket are then expediently hidden under the second end wall 29 ". It is also possible to accommodate a small transformer in the handle housing 29, which can be connected directly or via a longer or shorter connection line to a normal socket. This Small however, the transformer can also be provided as a separate component.

However, a gas cartridge, again not shown, for inflating the balloon 1 can also be accommodated in the handle housing 29. In such an embodiment, a head part with a filling channel 16 extending through the end wall 7 'would then have to be used. The mouth of the gas cartridge is arranged so that the filling channel 16 opens the outlet valve of the gas cartridge when the contact pin 9 is inserted into the contact socket 8, so that the gas can flow into the balloon 1 from the gas cartridge. The gas cartridge can also be designed to be disposable or rechargeable at a compressed gas source.

As shown in FIG. 13, the handle housing 29 can also be designed to be placed on a flat surface, a push-on foot 30 being used. The push-on foot 30 consists of a flat plate 30 a of sufficient weight or size and a flange 30 b, which is arranged in the middle of the plate and has a diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the handle housing 29, so that the handle housing 29 in the flange 30 b Press fit is held. The flange 30 b is so high that the handle housing 29 can be held securely.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 14, the handle housing 29 can be clamped onto a base. To the For this purpose, a sack recess 31, which extends into the interior of the handle housing 29, is arranged in the handle housing under the second end wall 29 '. In this sack recess 31, a clamping device, designated as a whole by 32, is arranged. The clamping device 32 contains a compression spring 34 which extends within the bag recess 31. The compression spring 34 is supported with one end on the second end wall 29 ″ of the handle housing 29, which is designed as a cover plate, and with its other end on a plate 35. A rod 36 is connected to the plate 35, which is defined by the compression spring 34 and a Recess 37 extends in the end wall 29 ″ and is connected to a clamping plate 38 outside the handle housing. The clamping plate 38 runs parallel to the underside of the second end wall 29 ". The rod 36 is preferably so long that the plate 35 strikes almost or straight when the clamping plate 38 abuts the second end wall 29". If the handle housing 29 is to be clamped, for example, at the edge of a table, the clamping plate 38 with the rod 36 and the plate 35 is pulled out of the sack recess 31. As a result, the spring 34 is tensioned. Then the handle housing 29 and the clamping plate 38 are guided over the edge of a table plate, so that the table plate comes to lie between the clamping plate 38 and the second end wall 29 ". If the clamping plate 38 is now released, the spring 34 can relax partially, pulls the Clamping plate 38 in the direction of the second end wall 29 "and thus clamps the handle housing 29 firmly on the table.

Figure 15 describes the intermediate rod 5, which allows use according to Figure 1 b. The two ends of the intermediate rod 5 are designed as a coupling 39 and a connector 40, the coupling 39 being one of the contacts Socket 8 same contact socket 8 a and the plug 40 has the same as the contact pin 9, contact pin 9 a. The required electrical connection lines run inside the intermediate rod 5. During operation, the contact socket 8 a can be connected to the contact pin 9 on the support part 3 and the contact pin 9 a to the contact socket 8 of one of the head parts, for example according to FIGS. 2 or 4. When using a head part 2 according to FIG. 4, precautions can be taken so that the band 21 can also be attached to the rod 5.

The embodiment according to FIG. 11 differs from the embodiment according to FIG. 10 only in that instead of the rigid intermediate rod 5, a flexible intermediate line 6 is provided, on which the coupling 39 and the plug 40 are arranged at both ends.

However, instead of being designed as a handle housing 29, the supporting part 3 can also be designed as an electrical line in a manner not shown, but known, for example, in the case of electrical Christmas tree lights, into which contact pins 9 are switched in at intervals. The contact pins 9 can also be located on one of the connectors 40 described in FIGS. 15 and 16. A supporting part designed in this way is preferably connected directly to the general power network via a transformer. Also in this embodiment, between the supporting part 3 and the head part 2 between rods 5 or flexible Z intermediate lines 6 can be switched on. If necessary, a switch can be arranged on the support part 3 or on the transformer.

A further possibility of assembling the balloon auxiliary device like a chain according to FIG. 1 d is shown in Figure 17 described. The support part 3 is designed as a gas line 41, which is either rigid or can be a hose. The gas line 41 has a plurality of gas connections 42 a, 42 b, 42 c. The gas connections 42 a, 42 b, 42 c each lead to a plug connection 43 a, 43 b, 43 c, which are designed, for example, to accommodate one of the described head parts or a head part with filling channel 16 integrated into the coupling parts 8 and 9. Between the connector 43 and the gas line 41, a check valve 44 a, 44 b, 44 c is arranged in each of the gas connections 42, which allows a gas flow from the gas line 41 to the respective connector 43 and thus to the balloon 1, a backflow of the gas blocks the balloon 1 in the gas line 41, however. The gas line 41 can preferably be connected to a gas bottle, a compressor or another gas source via a manometer. The check valves 44 can be centrally controlled in a manner not shown, so that they can be opened if necessary to deflate the balloon.

An electrical line 45 runs within the gas line 41 and has a number of electrical connections 46 a, 46 b, 46 c corresponding to the number of gas connections 42. Each of the electrical connections 46 is connected to a contact pin 9 in the manner already described. The electrical line 45 is connected, possibly via a switch 4, to one of the current sources described above, but preferably via a transformer to the power network.

When starting up, a head part with an already opened but not yet inflated balloon is first attached to each of the plug connections 43. When this is done, the gas supply is opened so that the balloon gas through the gas line 41 flows and is distributed in the gas connections 42. Since the check valve is permeable in this direction, the gas flows further into the balloon 1 and inflates it to the desired size. Then the gas supply is closed. By closing the switch 4, the balloons 1 can now be illuminated from the inside. The check valves 44 and their arrangement in the gas connections 42 firstly ensure that the filling channel 16 to the balloon 1 is closed outside the head part 2, so that if one of the plug connections 43 becomes loose, the balloon 1 can be emptied and is not lost . The blocking direction of the check valve 44 further ensures that when one of the balloons 1 burst, the others cannot empty themselves via the gas connection 42 which now opens into the atmosphere. Rather, the gas connection 42 of the burst balloon will only allow that part of the gas to be emptied which is still in the gas line 41 after the compressed gas bottle has been shut off, so that the remaining balloons 1 remain fully functional.

Dies kann entweder durch Abdichtung oder durch eine der Funktion angepaßte Steckverbindung geschehen.FIGS. 18 and 19 describe a further exemplary embodiment of a support part 3 which can be used for balloon chains. The support part 3 here consists of a gas hose 65, on which two secondary hoses 66 and 67 are sprayed. At the balloon coupling point, a T-piece 68 is fitted into the gas hose 65, which has secondary channels 66 'and 67' which match the secondary tubes 66 and 67. The secondary hose 66 and the secondary channel 66 'receive the electrical connection lines for the lamp 14 and the sound source 61, respectively. The secondary hose 67 and the secondary channel 67 'are empty in normal operation and are used for the rapid emptying of all balloons 1. The contact socket 8 (or the contact pin) is arranged on the vertical leg of the T-piece 68. The contact socket 8 can on the approach 53, such as it was described in Figure 9, be appropriate. Between the contact socket 8 and the secondary duct 66 'leads a connecting duct 66 "in which the connecting lines run to the contact socket 8. It should be noted at this point that the contact socket 8 can be designed as a multipole socket, so that both the connections to the lamp 14 and the connections to the sound source 61 can also be transmitted via the contact socket 8 and the associated contact pin 9 on the head part 2. A connecting hose 69 leads from the interior of the vertical leg of the T-piece 68 to the filling channel 16 of the head part 2. The connecting hose 69 is expediently designed to be elastic and is pulled over the outside of the filling channel 16. Inside the vertical leg of the T-piece 68 there is, not shown, the check valve 44, whereby either a pressure-controlled check valve or a valve that can be controlled centrally for quick emptying can also be used here this controllable valve or additionally k Ann on the head part 2, a further, not shown nozzle in the form of an emptying nozzle in the same way as the filling channel 16 may be arranged. In the same way as the connecting hose 69, a second connecting hose 67 "is pushed onto this emptying channel, which is connected to the second secondary channel 67 '. The balloon 1 can, if desired, bypass the non-return valve via this second connecting hose 67" 44 can be emptied. Of course, the secondary channels 66 'and 67' must be in operative connection with the secondary hoses 66 and 67 of the gas hose 65. This can be done either by sealing or by a plug connection adapted to the function.

As FIG. 20 shows, the balloon 1 can have a further filling channel 47 in addition to its filler neck 1a drawn over the head part 2. The filling channel 47 is closed either by a stopper or by a simple check valve. The additional filling channel 47 serves to improve the inflatability of the balloon 1. In such a configuration, it is of course no longer necessary for the head part 2 to contain the filling channel 16, although this balloon 1 can also be used with one of the described head parts 2 with a filling channel 16 can.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 21 , the additional filling channel 47 is arranged at the apex of the balloon 1 opposite the filling nozzle 1 a. Such an arrangement opens up the possibility of attaching an object 48 to a fastening thread 49 in the balloon 1 through the additional filling channel 47, where it is illuminated by the lamp 14 of the head part 2. In this embodiment, it is useful if the balloon 1 is made of a more transparent material. The thread 49 is expediently fastened to a ring or a cap 50 which is arranged in or on the filling channel 47.

The same decorative effect is achieved when the decorative object is inserted and glued over the filler neck 1a into a balloon without a further filling channel 47, or an apex cap, not shown, is used, which can be glued to an opening in the balloon 1 and with which the thread 49 for the object 48 or the object 48 is directly connected. In all embodiments, it is expedient if the object 48 can be easily folded up and unfolds again inside the balloon 1 when inflated.

It is also possible to light or floating objects such. B. small balloons or the known artificial snow particles through the filler 1 a or the additional filling channel 47 in the balloon 1 and illuminate there if necessary.

The decorative effect of the additional balloon device according to the invention can be further increased if one of the conventional paper lanterns is drawn over an illuminated balloon 1 in a manner not shown. Due to the scattering of the light on the balloon wall, the paper lantern is illuminated much more evenly than could be done with a normal lamp or a candle.

If desired, the additional device according to the invention can also be used temporarily without a balloon as a kind of flashlight.

The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments described and drawn. As already indicated for some features, the details shown in the individual drawings are easily interchangeable. For example, a stopper 17 according to FIG. 2 can also be provided with the band 21. The head part 2 can also be equipped with a translucent pane 22. Furthermore, the intermediate rod 5 or the flexible intermediate line 6 can also be used in conjunction with all of the support parts 3 shown. The head part 2 can be solid with a built-in reflector 15 and a built-in filling channel 16, and the electrical connections between the lamp holder and the contact socket can also be laid outwards. As shown, the lamp can be connected by pushing through the first contact and soldering to the second. However, it is also possible provide a complete lamp socket with plug or screw connection. Furthermore, the light source does not necessarily have to be designed as a lamp, with phosphorescent light sources and / or phosphorescent paints providing additional lighting effects. Instead of the additional flashing device, a special flashing light can be used. Furthermore, the rod-shaped intermediate part can be designed as a telescopic tube. For the clamping device, a clamping ring can be used instead of the clamping plate, which advantageously has approximately the same diameter as the handle housing and, when relaxed, comes to rest in an annular recess on the underside of the handle housing.

An important change concerns the electrical-mechanical coupling. It is irrelevant for the function of the additional device whether the contact pin is arranged on the support part or on the head part. The coupling can also be designed as a double plug-in connection instead of a coaxial plug-in connection, all plug-in connections, in particular in the case of light gas-filled balloons, being able to be designed to be more or less tightly fitting, depending on the balloon size. The electrical-mechanical coupling can also by a rotary connection, such as. B. a screw or bayonet connection. With such a rotary connection, matching threads or a bayonet thread and bayonet cams must be arranged on the head part and on the support part or on the attachment of the support part. Contact plates or points for the necessary electrical connections must also be provided on the head part and on the support part, which are arranged such that the electrical connections are also made in the end position of the rotary connection, ie when mechanical coupling has taken place. Since slewing rings are generally well known to the person skilled in the art, a drawing has been used waived. It is pointed out, however, that such a rotary connection can be used with all drawn balloon additional devices.
