Abstract
Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren dient zur Ermittlung des Schließpunktes eines Pumpenkolbens (12), insbesondere einer Einspritzpumpe, gegenüber einer Durchlaßbohrung im zugehörigen Zylinder (14). Nähert sich die Kante des Pumpenkolbens dem Schließpunkt, so entsteht ein zuneh mend kleiner werdender Drosselquerschnitt. Bei der hier bei erfolgenden Axialbewegung des Kolbenelements wer den am Anfang und Ende einer bestimmten Wegstrecke (s₁, S₂) die hierbei abströmende Druckmittelmenge (Q₁, Q₂) ge messen. Aufgrund einer bestimmten, zu ermittelnden For mel läßt sich auf den Schließpunkt extrapolieren. Als Druck medium wird Druckluft verwendet.
