Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of hollow panels and other components, preferably made of concrete, according to the preamble of
Slip manufacturing processes for the production of hollow concrete slabs in particular are already known, in which the concrete is pressed continuously from a hopper into a mold by means of a screw conveyor and is compacted by high-frequency vibrators which attack the mold walls or the core elements. These methods have the disadvantage that the concrete is only compacted unevenly and inadequately, especially if the wall thicknesses of a component differ from one another. Furthermore, there is a lot of wear on the molded parts and the vibrators, and the noise is considerable. The vibrators also require a complicated construction of the production devices, since the introduction of the vibrating energy to the mold walls requires complex constructions.
In addition, sliding methods are known in which the concrete is inserted into the mold in layers without pressure brought and compacted. Disadvantages of this are the limited application options, in particular with regard to the achievable structural height of the components and the lower achievable concrete strength. These processes also generate a lot of noise.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating a method and an apparatus for the production of hollow panels and other components, preferably made of concrete of the type mentioned, which, while avoiding the disadvantages mentioned, a high compression performance and a high uniformity the compaction of the material with little noise.
The method according to the invention is characterized by the use of a friction compression of the material to be processed, in particular concrete, when the same is pressed into the production mold. As a result, the deformation work required on the individual mold walls can be transferred specifically into the material, so that a particularly high and uniform compression of the material and consequently a high strength of the component produced can be achieved. The compaction process can be carried out with relatively slow movements in comparison with the known shaking, with the result that the Wear of the manufacturing device and the molded parts is low. The relatively slow compression movements also allow a significant reduction in noise. In particular, dry concrete can advantageously be used and processed, as a result of which a further increase in the uniformity and the level of the strength of the material and thus of the component is achieved.
The material is placed under pressure in the mold by means of a screw conveyor (s) or other suitable conveying devices and / or by means of one or more hollow core arrangement (s) inserted into the cavity and / or by means of the nozzle arrangement (s) causing the filling, an axial direction-- and movement generated in the material, namely in the entire area of the mold cross section, which leads to a friction compression. Advantageously, the movement of the hollow core or hollow core parts takes place in the longitudinal direction of the components and thereby enables the unimpeded flow of the concrete to the compacting point. In contrast to the compression by vibration using vibrators in conventional methods, the method according to the invention effects compression by friction and pressure, which improves the uniformity and level of the strength of the material and thus of the component. With work movements of low frequency, be special, especially wedge-shaped design of the hollow core or the hollow core parts of the material highly compressed.
With the method according to the invention, not only is the quality of the manufactured products (components) improved, but also the possibility is created of producing new types of products from concrete or concrete-like materials in the required quality.
In order to achieve the friction compression, a simple wedge-shaped compression body can be used, which can widen or taper in the direction of flow of the material. On the other hand, hollow core parts can be used which are composed of wedge-shaped or frustoconical elements, with constrictions occurring on the contact surfaces of the elements. The compression can be effected both by a single wedge-shaped or truncated-cone-shaped element and by several elements of this type arranged side by side and / or one behind the other.
By means of the method and the device according to the invention, in addition to hollow slabs, solid slabs, in particular made of concrete, can also be manufactured in the desired quality, as a conveying device one or, if necessary, several screw conveyors are sufficient.

Fig. 2, und ein Drehen der Förderschnecken 2 ermöglicht. The
Fig. 2, in Längsrichtung bewegbar. Between the
Unter Bezug auf die Fig. 3, 4 und 5 wird nunmehr die Arbeitsweise des erfindungsgemäβen-Hohlplattenfertigers erläutert, dessen Prinzip auf der Reibungsverdichtung des Betons beim Formen der Elemente beruht.3, 4 and 5, the mode of operation of the hollow panel manufacturer according to the invention will now be explained, the principle of which is based on the friction compression of the concrete when the elements are being formed.
The
The
The constrictions in the
The longitudinal movement of the
The change in shape of the
The depth and length of the frustoconical or wedge-shaped surfaces are expediently used to shape the wall adapted to the compaction work required for the elements. Flat wedge surfaces are suitable for thin wall areas, steep wedge surfaces for thicker wall areas. The most favorable length of the to-and-fro movement is between 5 and 50 mm, and the frequency of the movement is preferably approximately 1 to 10 strokes per second.
Mantelfläche des Hohlkernteils 4 liegt der Schlauch 20 gleitend am Hohlkernteil 4 an.FIG. 6 shows a further exemplary embodiment consisting of a shaped piece arranged at the end of the partially illustrated
While a hollow panel manufacturer according to the invention for the production of hollow panels with three cavities is shown in FIG. 2, the method according to the invention can also be used to manufacture hollow panel manufacturers for the production of solid girders such as roof trusses with I-profiles according to FIG. 7 or supports or beams with a rectangular cross-section according to FIG Fig. 8 work.
According to FIG. 7, three trusses with an I-profile are produced side by side at the same time. Balken entsprechen.According to FIG. 8, two supports or beams are produced according to the same procedure as the binder according to FIG. 7. The
In the exemplary embodiments of FIGS. 7 and 8, the concrete can also be conveyed by screw conveyors, the mouths of which can lie in the region of the upper side of the binder or column or beam cavities.
Der Hohlkernteil 4a weist ebenfalls eine durch zwei annähernd Kegelstumpfform aufweisende Körper gebildete Einschnürung auf, wobei der engste Bereich der Einschnürung wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 näher am Verdichtungsteil 3a liegt.FIG. 9 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a hollow panel manufacturer according to the invention which is modified compared to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The modification is that under
Ebenfalls können ein oder mehrere, aus Verdichtungsteil 3a und Hohlkernteilen 4a, 5a bestehende Formstücke zur Durchführung der Reibungsverdichtung vorgesehen sein, bspw. drei Formstücke analog dem in Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 gezeigtem Ausführungsbeispiel zur Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 und 2.Otherwise, the construction and operation of this hollow panel paver correspond to that of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, so that reference can be made to the above description in order to avoid repetition. In particular, a pull-
However, according to the method according to the invention, panel manufacturers can also produce solid panels of different thicknesses, and this is illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11.
This view shows the ge partially with concrete filled
For the production of solid concrete slabs in this embodiment, the concrete is conveyed from the
Fig. 11 veranschaulicht in einem schematischen Querschnitt (entsprechend dem der Fig. 2) durch einen Plattenfertiger gemäß Fig. 10 die Herstellung einer Massivplatte aus Beton zwischen Abziehplatte 14a, Seitenblechen 11a und Formboden 18a.FIG. 11 illustrates in a schematic cross section (corresponding to that of FIG. 2) through a plate maker according to FIG. 10 the production of a solid plate made of concrete between the pull-off plate 14a,
The method according to the invention for the production of hollow panels, trusses, supports or beams and the like, also solid elements, is intended in particular for the processing of concrete, but can also be used for concrete-like materials and those materials which require a compression process during molding. With the method according to the invention, it is particularly advantageous to process low-moisture concrete, the compaction of which generally causes great difficulties during molding. By compressing the concrete at the shaping point of the manufacturing process, the method according to the invention can also be used to produce components of complex cross-sectional shapes with a more uniform and higher strength, the manufacture of which is of sufficient quality in the conventional process was difficult. In addition, the need for binders such as cement is significantly reduced.
In the production of hollow panels in particular, the cross-sectional shape of the cavities can be varied as desired using the method according to the invention in accordance with specified requirements or standard regulations and the desired material savings. In particular, the higher strength of the concrete allows material to be saved, which also applies to solid parts.
