qui saillissent de ladite embase et qui sont aménagés de façon à coopérer par déformation élastique avec au moins une portée tronconique, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de serrage (2) est disposée dans la poignée de manière telle que les mors, dont au moins les parties extérieures des extrémités convergent à l'opposé de l'embase, soient disposés par rapport à cette dernière du côté opposé à l'arrivée du câble dans la poignée, tandis que la portée tronconique (19) est aménagée dans la poignée et converge vers l'axe longitudinal de celle-ci du côté opposé à ladite arrivée du câble, des moyens étant prévus (17,18 ou 21) pour exercer une pression sur l'embase et immobiliser celle-ci dans la poignée de telle sorte que cette pression entraîne un déplacement axial de l'embase et des mors
