Bei einem Unterdruck im Inneren der Kräuterpackung, welcher beispielsweise dadurch erzeugt wird, daß die beiden Lagen des Beutels der Kräuterpackung 1 von Hand auseinandergezogen werden, weiten sich die Öffnungen 5 bzw. die zugehörigen Abschnitte 6 auf, während sich die Öffnungen 4 und die zugehörigen Abschnitte 6 noch weiter verschließen, so daß durch die Öffnungen 5 entsprechend dem Pfeil A Wasser und ggfs. auch geringe Mengen an Luft in das Innere der Kräuterpackung 1 gelangen können. Wird die Kräuterpackung 1 entsprechend zusammengedrückt, so daß im Innenraum dieser Packung ein Überdruck entsteht, so verschließen sich die Öffnungen 5 und die zugehörigen Abschnitte 6, während die Öffnungen 4 und die zugehörigen Abschnitte 6 sich aufweiten, so daß insbes. eine Wasserströmung durch die Öffnungen 4 entsprechend dem Pfeil B nach außen möglich ist, allerdings auch hier wiederum in der Form, daß Kräuter 7 nicht aus dem Innenraum der Kräuterpackung 1 nach außen gelangen können. Durch diesen Ventil-Effekt ist nicht nur eine vorteilhafte Durchströmung des Innenraumes der Kräuterpackung 1 (entsprechend den Pfeilen A und B) mit Wasser zur Übergabe der wirksamen Substanzen der Kräuter 7 an das Wasser möglich, sofern der Unterdruck bzw. Überdruck im Inneren der Kräuterpackung in der beschriebenen Weise unter Wasser bzw. unter einer Wasserstrahl vorgenommen wird, sondern durch die beschriebene Ausbildung wird auch erreicht, daß immer eine bestimmte Rest-Luft-Menge im Innenraum der Kräuterpackung 1 verbleibt, und zwar insbes. dann, wenn die Verkleinerung und Vergrößerung des Innenraumes der Kräuterpackung 1 von Hand im Bereich der Wasseroberfläche eines Gesundheitsbades vorgenommen werden, so daß die Kräuterpackung ohne zusätzliche Schwimmkörper oder Auftriebselemente an der Wasseroberfläche bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wasseroberfläche schwimmt.
