Claims (6)

1. Machine à agglomérer, comprenant des rouleaux compresseurs (4), qui sont montés à rotation sur une tête de maneton (2) disposée sur un axe vertical et qui sont conformés avec des saillies sur leur surface, et comprenant une matrice horizontale (5), de forme circulaire et pourvue de trous de passage (56, 57), contre laquelle les rouleaux compresseurs (4) sont appuyés, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces des rouleaux compresseurs (4) et de la matrice (5) sont pourvues, au moins en partie, de dents (41, 54, 61, 62) qui engrènent mutuellement, et en ce que les dents (41, 61) des rouleaux compresseurs (4) roulent au-dessus des ouvertures d'entrée (55) des trous de passage (56, 57) de la matrice (5).
2. Machine à agglomérer selon la revendication 1, comprenant des rouleaux compresseurs (4) de forme conique, capables de tourner autour d'axes inclinés (3) portés par la tête de maneton (2), caractérisée en ce que les dents (41, 54, 61, 62) sont constituées de façon semblable à celles d'une denture de roue conique et s'étendent sur au moins une partie de la ligne de contact entre le rouleau compresseur (4) et la matrice (5).
3. Machine à agglomérer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la denture est constituée de façon que la largeur des dents (61) des rouleaux compresseurs (4) soit plus grande que la largeur des dents (62) de la matrice (5) entre lesquelles sont disposés les trous de passage (56, 57).
4. Machine à agglomérer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la matrice (5) est en deux parties et la partie supérieure (51) pourvue des dents (54) est reliée à la partie inférieure (52) de façon à être facilement remplaçable.
5. Machine à agglomérer selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que des manchons (58) en céramique sont disposés dans les trous de passage (57) de la partie inférieure (52).
6. Machine à agglomérer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la matrice (5) est pourvue de dispositifs de chauffage et de refroidissement (59).
