Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Farbgeber für eine Tampondruckmaschine mit einem Klischeehalter, in dem im Anschluß an das eingesetzte Klischee eine Farbaufnahmewanne eingelassen ist, die über eine Auflaufebene in die Oberseite des eingesetzten Klischees übergeht, bei dem ein Farbverteiler zwischen der Farbaufnahmewanne und dem Klischee frei aufliegend hin- und herbewegbar ist. Der Farbauftrag bei schonender Behandlung des Klischees wird dadurch erreicht, daß als Farbverteiler an der Stelleinrichtung eine Farbrolle drehbar gelagert ist, die sich jeweils in Richtung der Verstellbewegung des Farbgebers dreht.The invention relates to an ink dispenser for a tampon printing machine with a cliché holder, in which, following the cliché used, an ink receiving trough is let in, which merges into a top surface of the cliché used, in which a color distributor between the ink receiving trough and the cliché lies freely - and is movable. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Farbgeber für eine Tampondruckmaschine mit einem Klischeehalter, in dem im Anschluß an das eingesetzte Klischee eine Farbaufnahmewanne eingelassen ist, die über eine Auflaufebene in die Oberseite des eingesetzten Klischees übergeht, bei dem ein Farbverteiler zwischen der Farbaufnahmewanne und dem Klischee frei aufliegend hin- und herbewegbar ist.The invention relates to an ink dispenser for a tampon printing machine with a cliché holder, in which, following the cliché used, an ink receiving trough is let in, which merges into a top surface of the cliché used, in which a color distributor between the ink receiving trough and the cliché lies freely - and is movable.
Bei den bekannten Tampondruckmaschinen sind Farbrakel oder Farbbürsten als Farbverteiler verwendet, welche die Farbe bei der Verstellbewegung des Farbgebers aus der Farbaufnahmewanne auf die Auflaufebene über die Oberseite des im Klischeehalter eingesetzten Klischees ziehen. Dabei besteht bei der.Verstellbewegung des Farbgebers die Schwierigkeit, die Farbe durch einen möglichst kleinen Spalt zwischen der Farbnakel bzw. der Farbbürste zum Klischee gleichmäßig zu halten. Dies ist durch den erforderlichen Höhenunterschied zwischen der Farbaufnahmewanne und der Oberseite des Klischees und die dadurch entstehende schräge Auflaufebene nur sehr schwer kontrollierbar.In the known tampon printing machines, ink squeegees or paint brushes are used as color distributors, which draw the color from the ink receiving trough to the ramp level above the top of the cliché used in the cliché holder during the adjustment movement of the ink donor. Der Aufbau des Klischeehalters 10 ist in beiden Fällen gleich. In die Vertiefung 11 wird das Klischee 12 eingesetzt und zwar so, daß die Oberseite bündig in die anschließende Auflaufebene 19 übergeht, die in die Farbaufnahmewanne 14 einmündet. Die Ablaufkontur für den Farbverteiler, die durch die Auflaufebene 19 und die Oberseite 13 des Klischees 12 gebildet wird, ist gegenüber der Oberseite des Klischeehalters 10 abgesetzt, so daß sie ringsum durch Wände des Klischeehalters 10 begrenzt sein kann. Dies ist wichtig, da dann keine Farbe vom Klischeehalter 10 abgeschoben werden kann.The structure of the plate holder 10 is the same in both cases. Da sich der geringe Spalt bei der Verstellung der Farbbürste 15 nicht konstant halten läßt, werden stets Unregelmäßigkeiten beim Farbauftrag auftreten, die dann zu einem unregelmäßigen Druck führen.In Fig. 1, a paint brush 15 is shown schematically as a paint distributor. Die in dem Farbgeber drehbar gelagerte Farbrolle 16 hat einen kleinen Durchmesser, der kleiner ist als die Tiefe der Farbaufnahmewanne 14, damit ein kleiner Farbkeil entsteht, der wesentlich besser verschoben werden kann.
