Vorrichtung zum Trennen eines aus einem Faserbandkanal eines Trichterrades gelieferten Faserbandes, in einer Kannenfüllstation mit einer Kannenausfahrvorrichtung, wobei das Faserband zwischen dem Ausgang des Faserbandkanales und einer verschobenen gefüllten Kanne getrennt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bandabstreifer (23) vorgesehen ist, der beim Ausfahren der vollen Kanne (6) diese nachfolgend und im wesentlichen synchron zur Ausfahrbewegung der Kanne sowie mit einem vorbestimmten Anpressdruck an der Unterseite (28) des Trichterrades (3) anliegend satt über den Ausgang (5) des Faserbandkanales (4) verschiebbar ist, und dass der Verschiebeweg (B) des Bandabstreifers (23) nach dem Verschieben über den genannten Ausgang (5) mindestens der doppelten Faserlänge entspricht.1.Device for separating a sliver supplied from a sliver channel of a funnel wheel, in a can filling station with a can extension device, the sliver being separated between the exit of the sliver channel and a displaced filled can, characterized in that a belt stripper (23) is provided which when the full can (6) is extended, it can be displaced snugly over the outlet (5) of the sliver channel (4) following and essentially synchronously with the extending movement of the can and with a predetermined contact pressure on the underside (28) of the funnel wheel (3), and that the displacement path (B) of the belt scraper (23) after displacement via said outlet (5) corresponds to at least twice the fiber length. 2.
