Claims (5)

1. Douille pour recevoir des ampoules dites ampoules H2 (1), qui présentent, à leur extrémité côté douille, deux broches de contact (5, 6) diamétralement opposées, situées dans un plan et dans lesquelles sont rapportés des évidements (7, 8) pour blocage dans la douille, étant précisé que le corps de douille est essentiellement constitué d'une embase (2) stable à la chaleur, que l'on peut introduire dans le réflecteur d'un phare de véhicule ou d'un feu de véhicule et à laquelle sont fixés deux paires de bras métalliques conducteurs dont chacun, à l'une de ses extrémités, forme un raccord à broche plate (11), et à son autre extrémité, grâce à des bras de contact (12, 13) qui y sont formés, qui sont obtenus en repliant à peu près perpendiculairement l'autre partie de la paire de bras métalliques et qui courent à peu près parallèlement l'un à l'autre, bride entre eux les broches de contact (5, 6) de l'ampoule (1) de façon telle qu'elles sont bloquées en position et que l'alimentation électrique arrivant à elles est réalisée, tandis que c'est respectivement un tronçon (14, 15) situé entre les deux extrémités mentionnées qui sert à la fixation des paires de bras métalliques sur l'embase (2), caractérisée par les propriétés suivantes :

d) les tronçons (14, 15), servant à la fixation, des deux paires de bras métalliques sont enfilés, à la façon d'un tiroir, dans des rainures latérales (16, 17) de l'embase (2) de la douille, de façon telle que les zones de bordure des tronçons (14, 15) doublés par pliage écrasé et servant à la fixation sont maintenues par les rainures latérales (16, 17).
e) le bras métallique appuyé contre l'embase (2) de la douille présente un talon élastique (18) qui vient se cranter dans un évidement (19) de l'embase (2) de la douille à la façon d'un crochet.
2. Douille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras de contact (13), qui se trouve en avant de la direction des tiroirs, de chaque paire de bras métalliques s'appuie contre une paroi (20), qui court perpendiculairement à la direction du tiroir, de l'embase (2) de la douille.
3. Douille selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un embouti de renfort de pliage (21) est rapporté sur la ligne de pliage entre chacun des bras de pliage (13) fixés en avant et le tronçon qui le jouxte et s'appuie contre l'embase (2).

Douille selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un bras de contact respectif (12) des paires de bras de contact est cintré pour être convexe en direction de la broche (5, 6) de la douille de l'ampoule ; et en ce que l'autre bras de contact respectif (13) présente, au niveau du cintrage convexe (23), un bossage de contact (22) embouti dans la tôle et servant de point d'appui pour la broche (5, 6) de la douille.
