Claims (25)

1. Dispositif pour l'amenée de groupes d'objets en forme de barre, en particulier de groupes de cigarettes ou de groupes de cigarettes enveloppés dans une découpe de feuille d'étain ou analogue (blocs de cigarettes), à un emballage et l'introduction de ceux-ci dans celui-ci, les objets étant, au moins pendant une partie du transport avant l'introduction dans l'emballage, placés dans un support pouvant aller et venir, formé d'une poche à bloc (55) qui est ouverte à l'avant et à l'arrière dans la direction de transport et est limitée ailleurs par un fond (58), des parois latérales (59) et une paroi supérieure (60), le groupe (34) pouvant être introduit dans cette poche à bloc (55) depuis le côté arrière, caractérisé par le fait que la poche à bloc (55) présente une partie de paroi mobile (partie levante 65 du fond 58), de sorte que le groupe peut être bloqué au moins pendant le transport avec serrage contre une paroi opposée de la poche à bloc (55).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé par le fait que l'extracteur (81) comporte une partie d'ajustement (106) dirigée vers l'avant par laquelle la découpe de collet (85) peut être sortie des chemins de guidage (101) et posée sur le groupe (34) dans l'emballage (découpe 20), la distance entre les surfaces de guidage d'une part de la partie coudée (82) et d'autre part de la partie d'ajustement (106) correspondant à la position relative exacte entre le groupe (34) et la découpe de collet (85).
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que les parois latérales de collet (88) de la découpe de collet (85) peuvent, avant la pose de celle-ci sur le groupe (34), être rabattues vers le bas, en particulier dans la zone du chemin de guidage (101) par pliage autour des bords (extérieurs) des glissières inférieures (103), de préférence par mouvement relatif de parois de guidage latérales (48) de l'embouchure (84).
16. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que la découpe (20) partiellement pliée est, pour recevoir le groupe (34), placée dans une poche à paquet (36) d'une tourelle de pliage (35), la position relative de la découpe (20) à l'intérieur de cette poche à paquet (36) étant assurée par des organes de retenue agissant sur la découpe (partiellement pliée) (20).
17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé par le fait que des pattes latérales (24) jointes à une paroi arrière (25) de la découpe (20) et rabattues dans une position approximativement verticale peuvent être serrées par un élément de serrage (46) contre un fond (37) de la poche à paquet (36).
18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de serrage (46) est joint à l'embouchure basculante (84) et repose sur le bord supérieur des pattes latérales (24) par des jambes de pression (47) dirigées vers le bas.
19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que les pattes latérales (24) sont, à l'intérieur de la poche à paquet (36), rabattues dans une position oblique par des parois latérales obliques convergeant vers le haut (39) de cette poche.
20. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que des pattes de coin de couvercle (31) de la découpe (20) rabattues dans une position verticale sont cintrées vers l'extérieur avec formation d'un orifice d'entrée en entonnoir pour le groupe (34), en particulier par appui de ces pattes de coin de couvercle (31) sur des surfaces d'appui obliques (50) des parois de guidage (48) de l'embouchure (84).
21. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que le déplacement de la découpe (partiellement pliée) (20) dans la direction radiale à l'intérieur de la poche à paquet (36) est empêché par des mâchoires de retenue basculantes (43) placées latéralement près de la poche à paquet (36) qui s'appuient sur un bord oblique (45) des pattes latérales (24) de la découpe (20).
22. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé par le fait que les mâchoires de retenue (43), en même temps, fixent dans une position verticale un élément biseauté intérieur (30) joint ou contigu à la patte de coin de couvercle (31).
23. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 22, caractérisé par le fait que le groupe (34), après introduction dans la découpe (20), peut être serré contre la paroi arrière (25), ou contre le fond (37) de la poche, par une plaque de poinçon (51) abaissable.
24. Dispositif selon la revendication 23, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de poinçon (51) est pourvue d'une butée (bord rabattu 52) pour le positionnement du groupe (34) dans la direction radiale à l'intérieur de la découpe (20).
25. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé par le fait que la position relative de la poche à bloc (55) dans sa position extrême éloignée de la tourelle de pliage (35), par rapport à un chemin à paquets fixe (54), est assurée par liaison par engagement, en particulier par des languettes de fond (76) qui entrent dans des évidements (78) du fond (58) de la poche à bloc (55) et par des languettes latérales (77) qui entrent dans des évidements (79) des parois latérales (59) de cette même poche (55).
