  • In dem erfindungsgemäßen Walzenstock ist durch die vorteilhafte Ausbildung der Walzenlagerung ein Herausschwenken der im Normalbetrieb nicht frei zugänglichen Walzen ohne großen Zeitaufwand und in einfacher Weise möglich, so daß diese vorherigen Ausbau von weiteren Druckwalzen zum Beispiel nach Abnützung ausgewechselt werden können. Des weiteren ist eine servicefreundliche Justage ohne den Ausbau der äußeren Walzen möglich. Die Erfindung kann vorzugsweise in sogenannten zwei- oder mehrsträngigen Farbwerken für Offset- oder Hochdruckmaschinen verwendet werden. Eine weitere Einsatzmöglichkeit ist vor allem bei komplexeren Feuchtwerken von Offsetdruckmaschinen oder in sogenannten kombinierten Farb-oder Feuchtwerken gegeben. Ein nicht unwesentlicher weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Walzenlagerung liegt darin, daß durch die Verwendung eines Anschlages in der erfindungsgemäßen Verschwenkvorrichtung nach der Durchführung der erforderlichen Arbeiten an den inneren Walzen diese lediglich wieder zurückgeschwenkt werden müssen, ohne daß eine erneute Justage der verschwenkten Walzen bezogen auf die ortsfesten Walzen erforderlich wird.In the roller mill according to the invention, the advantageous design of the roller bearing means that the rollers, which are not freely accessible in normal operation, can be pivoted out without great expenditure of time and in a simple manner, so that this previous expansion of further pressure rollers can be replaced, for example after wear.   • Das in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte zur Einfärbung eines Plattenzylinders 1 verwendbare Farbwerk 2 erhält in herkömmlicher Weise von einem Farbkasten unter Zwischenschaltung von gegebenenfalls weiteren Farbwerkwalzen und einer als Heber- oder Filmwalze arbeitenden Farbkastenwalze die zur Einfärbung des Plattenzylinders 1 erforderliche Farbe. Nachdem dieser obere Teil des Farbwerkes allgemein bekannt ist, wurde er in den Fig. 1 und 2 nicht dargestellt. Die von dem nicht dargestellten Farbkasten kommende Farbe gelangt über eine Farbwerkwalze 3 und über Farbwerkwalzen 4 und 5 zu einer Farbauftragwalze 6, welche den Plattenzylinder 1 einfärbt. Dieser Walzenzug ist als Farbstrang A bezeichnet. Ein Farbstrang B verläuft von der genannten Farbwerkwalze 3, an deren Stelle auch ein Farbreiber verwendet werden kann, über Farbwerkwalzen 7 und 8 zu einem Farbreiber 9. 1.
