Description

The invention relates to a fall flap shaft for self-sellers, in which flaps are pivotally mounted on shaft walls in a certain fall flap division and each flap is supported in the receiving position with a finger on a resilient locking member and in which at least one vertical rail runs on a shaft wall, on which a Carriage is slidably guided, which has a nose for pivoting the locking member, with a lifting rod with a row of teeth running parallel to the rail, the division of which corresponds to the smallest drop flap division and on which the carriage is supported by a indexing pawl and a stop is provided on the carriage .

Such a flap chute is described in DE-A-1 907 824. In the fall flap shaft of DE-A-1 907 824, a number of individual latching elements corresponding to the number of fall flaps is provided. This is expensive. In addition to the toothed lifting rod, a fixed locking bar is required. This structure is cumbersome and can lead to adjustment difficulties. In addition, it is disadvantageous that when the carriage is reset, the flaps are not reset, so that they must be individually reset by hand.

Another fall flap shaft is described in DE-PS 113 307. It is favorable with this drop-down flap shaft that the flaps do not have to be moved against horizontally lying springs for pivoting down. Such springs would make the trap door stiff and involve considerable additional construction. A disadvantage of DE-PS 113307 is that an energy accumulator must be provided for driving the slide and that the locking elements are designed as individual elements.

In einer anderen Ausführung ist gegenüber den Lagerzapfen jeweils ein separates, zweiteiliges Rastglied vorgesehen.AT-PS 820 shows a drop flap shaft in which the drop flaps are controlled by means of a spiral spring that gradually rolls in. In one embodiment, the drop flaps are provided with a bevel in the area of their bearing points, by means of which the flaps are held in their goods receiving position. Although this allows the flaps to be reset easily, it is mechanically unsatisfactory since the flaps only abut each other on their longer lever arm. In another embodiment, a separate, two-part locking member is provided in each case opposite the bearing journal.

. AT-PS 298130 describes a drop flap shaft in which the flaps are individually spring-mounted horizontally. By means of a rotatable actuating rod, which extends over the height of the drop flap shaft, the flaps can be triggered one after the other in that a cam of the actuating rod displaces one flap horizontally, so that its finger is released from the locking member. The individual flaps assigned cams of the actuating rod are arranged with an increasing distance from bottom to top. It is unfavorable that the more compartments that need to be served, the greater the stroke of the rod becomes and easily assumes heights that are not available in normal self-sellers. Storing each flap with two springs horizontally displaceable on one axis is complex. In addition, the resetting of the flaps is also cumbersome.

The object of the invention is to propose a Fallklap penschacht of the type mentioned, in which the flaps do not have to be moved and, moreover, the locking members and the drive of the carriage is simple.

According to the invention the above object is achieved in a chute of the type mentioned in that the carriage stands up with its stop on one of the locking members and that the locking members teeth of a re are made of a resilient material.

With each actuation of the trapdoor shaft, the lifting rod is raised by one trapdoor division and takes the slide with it, which always triggers the next top trapdoor with its nose. The stop of the carriage ensures that it stands in a raised position on one of the locking members until it is actuated again. This eliminates the need for additional blocking agents for the sled. All locking elements are formed by a single component, namely a rake, which consists, for example, of spring steel, so that the locking elements can rebound individually and yet the manufacture and assembly of the locking elements is simple.

In order to divide the chute shaft into different, but mutually identical, chute divisions, i. H. To be able to convert compartment heights, the stroke of the lifting rod that occurs when actuated is adjustable. The lifting height corresponds to the compartment height. However, it is not dependent on the number of subjects.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, resetting bevels are provided at the bearing flaps at their bearing points, which project into the movement path of a resetting member arranged on the slide when the flap flaps are pivoted away. To reset the slide, a coupling lever is mounted on it, which decouples the indexing pawl from the row of teeth and presses the reset element against the reset slopes.

It is thus achieved that both the carriage can be reset and the flaps can be brought back into their stacking position with a single movement.

  • Fig. 1 eine Teil-Seitenansicht eines Fallklappenschachts und
  • Fig. 2 eine Teil-Rückansicht des Fallklappenschachts nach Fig. 1.
Further advantageous refinements of the invention result from the following description of an exemplary embodiment. In the Drawing shows
  • Fig. 1 is a partial side view of a trap door and
  • FIG. 2 shows a partial rear view of the trap door shaft according to FIG. 1.

A plurality of flaps 3 are mounted at the same distance on side walls 1 and 2 of a drop flap shaft. Each flap 3 has two pins 4 and 5, with which it is hung in recesses 6 of the side walls 1 and 2 and about which it can be pivoted. Each flap 3 has a finger 7 on the side opposite the recesses 6 close to the side wall 1.

A rake 8, which is made of spring steel, is arranged on the rear (cf. FIG. 2) of the chute shaft. Teeth 9 of the rake 8 form locking elements on which the fingers 7 of the hinged drop flaps rest.

Dieser untergreift mit vier Rollen 13 die Schienen 10 und 11.On the side wall 1, two parallel rails 10 and 11 are attached. A slide 12 is guided by the rails 10 and 11. This engages under rails 10 and 11 with four rollers 13.

A nose 14 is formed on the slide 12, which protrudes between two locking members 9. It projects beyond the locking members 9 as much or as little as the fingers 7. A deflection bevel 15 and a stop edge 16 are formed on the nose 14.

A lifting rod 17, on which a row of teeth 18 is formed, is also slidably mounted on the side wall 1. An indexing pawl 21 is arranged on an extension 19 of the carriage 12 so as to be pivotable about an axis 20. This is biased against the carriage 12 by means of a tension spring 22. It engages with one of the teeth 23 of the teeth row 18. The lifting rod 17 is adjustably connected to a lifting member 24. For this purpose, an elongated hole 25 running parallel to the lifting rod 17 is provided in the lifting member 24. The lifting rod 17 has 25 threaded bores 26 within the elongated hole, the spacing of which corresponds to the pitch width T. A screw 27 is screwed into one of the threaded bores 26 and does not lead to the rigid connection of the lifting rod 17 and lifting member 24. Rather, the screw 27 cooperates with the lower edge of the elongated hole 25 as a stop. At the bottom of the lifting member 24, an actuating lever 29 is mounted on an axis 30 on a pin 28. The actuating lever 29 can be pivoted by means of the push button of the self-seller which is assigned to this drop-down shaft and is not shown in detail.

A clutch lever 31 is fastened to the indexing pawl 21 and runs along the side wall 1 and has a handle 32 in front of the side wall 1. On the carriage 12, a leaf spring 33 is attached, which has an arc 34 and is supported on the handle 32. A reset bevel 35 is formed on each flap 3 relative to the finger 7 and projects into the movement path of the arc 34 when the flap 3 is folded down.

1 and 2, the carriage 12 is shown in a central position in which some flaps have already been thrown off. Starting from this position, the functioning of the described device is approximately as follows:
  • If the actuating lever 29 is pivoted, the lifting member 24 is raised. Since in the example the drop flaps are arranged in the smallest possible division and accordingly the screw 27 is seated in the corresponding threaded bore 26, there is only an idle stroke between the lifting member 24 and the lifting rod 17. Towards the end of the stroke of the lifting member 24, the lower edge strikes its elongated hole 25 the screw 27 so that the lifting rod 17 is then moved upwards. The indexing pawl 21 is pushed upward over the crest 23, which is seated on a tooth 18, and takes the carriage 12 with it over the axis 20. The deflection bevel 15 of the nose 14 of the carriage 12 pivots the latching member 9 so that the finger 7 falls off. The carriage 12 runs with its rollers 13 on the rails 10 and 11. As soon as the carriage 12 is raised so far that its nose 14 releases the deflected locking member 9, it snaps under the stop edge 16 so that the carriage 12 no longer downwards can recede. The pull rod 17 can then go back down to its starting position. Under the action of the spring 22, the indexing pawl 21 then snaps over the next upper tooth 18. These processes are repeated until the uppermost flap is triggered. The movements are smooth since the carriage 12 does not tilt and only a few parts have to be moved.

The next time the shaft is filled, the carriage 12 is to be put back down and the flaps 3 are to be brought back into their horizontal stacking position. It is only necessary to push the handle 32 down. The crest 23 detaches from the row of teeth 18 and the bevel 36 of the pawl 21 pivots the locking members 9 under the stop edge 16 so that the carriage 12 can slide down. Simultaneously with the actuation of the handle 32, the sheet 34 of the leaf spring 33 is pressed one after the other against the restoring bevels 35 in the course of the downward sliding so that the flaps pass into their horizontal position and rest with their fingers 7 on the locking members 9. The height-offset position of the arc 34 and the bevel 36 ensures that the carriage 12 can slide down easily and all the flaps 3 are reset. The arch 34 brings with it a soft return movement.

Obviously, the construction effort depends only slightly on the number of flaps 3 used, since the slide 12, the indexing pawl 21 and the rake forming the latching members 9 only have to be provided once. The lifting height of the lifting rod 17 does not increase with the number of compartments. Rather, the stroke becomes lower if many compartments are used.

The trap door can easily be converted for cases in which the goods to be sold have a greater height than can be accommodated in the division width T. Then, for example, only all of the second, third or fourth flaps are left in the shaft. The rest are taken out. The screw 27 is adjusted accordingly. To adjust the lifting height of the lifting rod 17, a height-adjustable bar can also be provided on the lifting rod 17, the lower edge of which cooperates with a stop of the side wall 1 in such a way that the initial stroke position is lower or higher and thus the effective stroke of the lifting rod 17 when the Actuating lever 29 is longer or shorter.
