Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Registriermetallpapier nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruches. Ein derartiges Registriermetallpapier ist beispielsweise in der DE-AS 27 48 161 beschrieben. Dieser bekannte Aufzeichnungsträger für Registriergeräte besitzt einen bandförmigen Träger aus Papier oder Kunststoff, auf den zunächst eine pigmentierte Lack- oder Druckfarbenschicht aufgebracht ist. Auf diese Zwischenschicht ist eine ausbrennfähige Metallschicht, vorzugsweise eine Aluminiumschicht aufgedampft. Zur Erzielung einer besseren Lesbarkeit, d.h. im wesentlichen zur Verringerung des Reflexionsgrades der metallischen Oberfläche, wird der Lack- oder Druckfarbenschicht ein Mattierungsmittel, beispielsweise Granulate der Stoffe Polystyrol oder Polyäthylen in Form von Kügelchen mit einer Korngröße zwischen 0,1/um und 10 µm zugesetzt. Bei intensivem Beschreiben des Trägers, d.h. bei weitgehender oder gar vollständiger Schwärzung der gesamten Fläche, erwärmen sich die Schreibelektroden so stark, daß durch thermische Zersetzung des Lackes Riickstände an den Schreibelektroden entstehen, die sich an diesen absetzen und zu einer festhaftenden, elektrisch isolierenden Schicht an den Schreibelektroden führen. Hierdurch wird der Schreibvorgang gestört oder gar vollständig unterbrochen. Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung wird durch eine geeignete Pigmentierung die heiße Elektrode vom Lackfilm ferngehalten. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß Art, Größe und Anzahl der Pigmente so gewählt sind, daß die 'Schreibelektrode während des Gleitens über die Oberfläche des Registriermetallpapiers von den aus dem Film herausragenden Pigmenten ganz oder teilweise getragen wird. Die Härte der Pigmente ist so gewählt, daß einerseits die herausragenden Partien der Körner durch die Elektrode nicht zu stark abgetragen werden und daß andererseits die Elektroden sich nicht zu stark abnützen. Besonders gute Ergebnisse sind bei der Mischung verschiedener Pigmente, insbesondere bei einer Mischung mit dem Pigmente Ruß erzielt worden.
