Claims (3)

1. Apparatus for the wrapping of goods (4) stacked on pallets (3) with narrow synthetic stretch film material (9) in a spiral manner, comprising a turntable (1) carrying the pallet (3) with the stack (4) on its upper surface, driven by a vertical, rotating axis, a supporting structure (5) arranged besides the turntable in which the carriage (6) moves up and down holding the film supply roll (10) on a vertical axis, equipped with a clamping device (11) which holds the free end of the synthetic stretch film material (9) for the clamping gripper (15) mounted to a swivel arm (12); the grippe unit (15) pulls stretch film material (9) off the film supply roll (10) and feeds it to the stack for wrapping, a cantilever (13) mounted to the supporting structure (5), vertically adjustable, with a pressure plate (16) fixed thereto also vertically adjustable; characterised in that the swivel arm (12) is mounted to the cantilever (13) and the pressure plate (16) presses the synthetic film material (9) to the upper surface (4a) of the stack (4) and holds it down.
2. Apparatus as claim 1 characterised in that the swivel arm (12) is horizontally movable.
3. Apparatus as claims 1 and 2 characterised in that the swivel arm (12) consists of a horizontal bar (12a) holding a further bar (12b) fixed to the latter at an angle of 90° and extending downwardly at the end of which the clamping gripper (15) is mounted.
