Beim Zusatz von Phosphorsäureestern ist der Phosphorgehalt im Schmier- und Kühlmittel begrenzt, da die verwendbaren Phosphonrsäureester einen Phosphor-Gehalt von höchstens 13,4 Gew.% aufweisen können (vergl. Hoechst AG) eingerührt. Nach Abkühlung erhält man ein Schmierfett. Das Testergebnis mit der Reibverschleißwaage nach Reichert (vgl. Beispiel 1) ergab einen Flächendruck von 3,266 bar bei 0 Geräuschmeter.
