Claims (5)

1. Couplage conducteur pour connecter deux lignes électriques (1,12) ayant le même nombre de brins, constitué par un boîtier de prise contenant des douilles de contact (4, 5) et par une fiche comportant des broches (15, 16) de forme exactement ajustées, dans lesquelles les zones de connexion entre les conducteurs (7, 8, 17, 18) des brins et les contacts sont chacune étroitement entourées par un corps de protection massif (9, 11) injecté autour de ces zones en une matière isolante pouvant être soudée solidairement avec l'enveloppe des lignes, la fiche comportant un élément de construction annulaire pour l'étanchéité dans le domaine de la forme ajustée, et des moyens étant prévus pour éviter une séparation intempestive de la fiche et de la prise, caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes:
a) le boîtier de prise présente un élargissement (10) en forme de pot pour recevoir la fiche prolongée sous forme d'un manchon (19) massif qui entoure les broches (15, 16) en forme compacte et le manchon (19) est entouré par l'élargissement (10) de la prise après que la prise et la fiche sont joindrées;
b) l'élément de construction annulaire pour l'étanchéité est constitué par une bague torique (20) disposée dans le domaine du manchon (19);
c) la fiche est équipée, dans le domaine du manchon (19), d'au moins deux tétons (21,22) décalés de 180° l'un par rapport à l'autre sur le pourtour et la prise comporte dans le domaine de l'élargissement (10) des évidements (23, 24) pour recevoir les tétons (21, 22) de la fiche;
d) dans au moins l'une des parties de couplage, prise ou fiche, des tubes souples de frettage (26, 27) sont disposés, collés en surface, sur l'enveloppe des conducteurs et sur les conducteurs (7, 8, 17, 18) dénudés sur une plus grande longueur que celle qui est nécessaire pour la connexion avec les douilles de contact (4, 5) et les broches (15, 16) tellement que les tubes souples de frettage (26, 27) sont collés avec une extrémité sur les conducteurs (7, 8, 17, 18) sans couvrir les douilles de contact (4, 5) et les broches (15, 16) et à l'autre extrémité sur l'enveloppe des conducteurs (7, 8, 17, 18);
e) les tubes souples de frettage (26, 27) et les brins (2, 3, 13, 14) sont, en déposant un adhésif sur leur surface avant la mise en oeuvre du corps de protection (9, 11), collés solidairement avec celui-ci.
2. Couplage selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'utilisation de conducteurs en torons pour les brins (2, 3, 13, 14), les conducteurs dénudés (7, 8, 17,18) sont consolidés en une unité compacte, et, sur les extrémités consolidées des conducteurs, sont disposés les tubes souples de frettage (26, 27).
3. Couplage selon revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités consolidées des conducteurs (7, 8, 17, 18) sont êtamées.
4. Couplage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que du polyuréthane est utilisé en tant que matière pour les enveloppes (6, 25) des lignes (1, 12) et pour les corps de protection (9, 11).
5. Couplage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que du chlorure de polyvinyle est utilisé en tant que matière pour les enveloppes (6, 25) et du polyuréthane est utilisé pour les corps de protection (9, 11).
