Description
The invention relates to a fire protection roller shutter with a roller shutter with two outer, spaced layers of sheet steel plates, between which at least one layer of insulating mats is arranged, and in which the joints between the sheet steel plates are formed on their longitudinal edges in the form of interlocking curved strips.
Double-armored roller doors (DE-B-16 59 775) designed as two-shaft systems with two roller doors arranged one behind the other with their own drive rollers are known (DE-B-23 49 026). In the latter case, the roller shutters consist of sheet steel slats, between which at least one layer of insulating mats is arranged, and in which the joints between the sheet steel slats are formed on their longitudinal edges in the form of interlocking curved strips.
The invention has for its object to achieve practically the effect of a fire-resistant double armor system with a single-shaft system, which is suitable for all classes of approval.
This object is achieved in that the two outer layers of sheet steel slats are outer sections of a roller shutter, which consists of a continuous piece and with the help of a central section also formed from the sheet steel slats forms a closed double armor, which together with the at its Sections of inner insulating mats with one end in a known manner on the tubular shaft, with the other end attached to the ceiling, is wound on the shaft in the rest position and rests in the operating position with the middle section on the floor. Developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
Details and advantages of the invention are explained below with reference to an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown in the drawing.

The fire protection roller shutter shown is a single-shaft system with a continuous armor attached to a
As a result of the loop formation thus achieved in the closed state (operating position), two
The
The
Während die Befestigung and der Decke 8 mittels Winkeleisen und Schrauben erfolgt, sind an der Welle 7 besondere Hänger 15 vorgesehen (vgl. auch Fig. 2).6 and 7 show how the slats of the
Der Antrieb erfolgt gewöhnlich über Elektromotor. It is usually driven by an electric motor.
A fire test with a simple mat filling for T 30 resulted in 70 min stability (30 min required) and with a mat doubled on the
