Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предложен способ получения некластеризованных стволовых клеток. Разрушение кластеров перед мезодермальной дифференцировкой повышает выход и эффективность чЭМКП (эмбриональных мезенхимальных клеток-предшественников человека) и дифференцировки Т-клеток. Таким образом, данный способ обеспечивает развитие улучшенных способов чЭМКП и дифференцировки Т-клеток.
