Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к области технологий токенизации, блокчейна и смарт-контрактов. Метаданные внутри скрипта этой транзакции содержат хэш-значение контракта и средства указания на его местоположение в репозиторий. Транзакция также имеет непотраченный выход (UTXO), который указывает на открытое (т.е. незавершенное) состояние контракта. Контракт завершают, тратя выход в некоторый момент в будущем, например, с использованием nLockTime + CheckLockTimeVerify (CLTV). Путем комбинирования этого принципа с другими методами и вычислительными компонентами настоящее изобретение позволяет получить мощный механизм для выполнения различных задач, таких как обновление или продление контракта, или разбиение контракта на субконтракты или условия. При этом, поскольку состояние и существование контракта может быть верифицировано при помощи блокчейна, обеспечивается постоянная, публично доступная и неизменяемая запись информации о контракте.
