Abstract

Раскрыта популяция полигональных клеток RPE человека. По меньшей мере 95% указанных клеток коэкспрессируют премеланосомный протеин (PMEL17) и клеточный ретинальдегид-связывающий белок (CRALBP), причем трансэпителиальное электрическое сопротивление клеток составляет более чем 100 Ом.
