Abstract
Изобретение относится к олигосахаридам и полисахаридам, а также к использованию олигосахаридов и/или полисахаридов, которые содержат сахарное звено N-ацилглюкозамина или N-ацилгалактозамина, для получения гемосовместимых поверхностей, и к способам нанесения на поверхности гемосовместимого покрытия с данными олигосахаридам и и/или полисахаридами, которые имитируют субстанцию обычного биосинтетического предшественника гепарина, гепарансульфатов и хитозана. Кроме того, в изобретении описаны способы получения указанных олигосахаридов и/или полисахаридов и раскрыты различные возможности применения поверхностей с гемосовместимым покрытием.
