Abstract

Предусматривается устройство для классификации промывкой исходной смеси частиц на две или более фракции, содержащее промывной шлюз (12) с сужением, с наклонным днищем (14) и парой сходящихся боковых стенок (16), формирующих канал промывного шлюза, с изменением формы поперечного сечения, которое является мелким и широким на входном краю (18), становясь более глубоким и узким на выходном краю (20). Разделительная текучая среда вводится через днище (14) и проходит сквозь слой (24), в то время как промывной шлюз совершает возвратно-поступательное движение (38), индуцируя переменное, направленное то вверх, то вниз ускорение канала промывного шлюза по отношению к силе осаждения (22, 68), так что разделение достигается с помощью переменных дифференциальных ускорений и стесненного осаждения частиц в слое.
