Abstract

Описан способ переработки углеродосодержащего материала в реакторе. Углеродосодержащий материал, в частности опилки, отходы лесотехнического и сельского хозяйства, коммунально-бытовые твердые отходы и топливные отходы, подают в вертикальный канал 10 реактора 10-15, где он контактирует с неорганическими частицами и стенками реактора при повышенной температуре практически при отсутствии кислорода, чтобы конвертировать, по меньшей мере, основную часть углеродосодержащего материала в газообразные обработанные продукты, при этом получают газовую фазу, содержащую псевдоожиженный газ и обработанные продукты. Согласно изобретению в вертикальном канале 10 реактора образуется плотная суспензия, содержащая, исходя из количества частиц, от 7 x 10до 3 x 10частиц/м(примерно от 2 x 10- 1 x 10частиц/фут), а отношение масс частиц, которые вносят тепло в реактор, и углеродосодержащего материала лежит в пределах от 1:1 до 10:1. Согласно изобретению улучшается смешивание теплопередающей среды и сырья, поэтому можно использовать более крупное и менее однородное сырье, чем обычно.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
