Description

The invention relates to the field of armaments, in particular to small arms, and is intended for installing various types of sights and mounting additional devices on a Kalashnikov machine gun.

A device for mounting a sight on an automatic weapon with a strap for mounting a sight [1]. The strap is rigidly fixed to the lid of the receiver of the weapon, and the stabilization unit contains a fork, also rigidly fixed to the front of the lid of the receiver of the weapon. The stabilization unit is made in the form of a forked structure, covering the block of a regular mechanical weapon sight. A U-shaped plate overlay is attached to the back of the receiver cover to provide rigid fixation of the cover relative to the weapon receiver and is installed upside down by its internal profile. The specified profile follows the shape of the hole on the receiver cover to accommodate the protrusion of the heel of the guide rod of the return mechanism.

The disadvantage of this device is the inability to install additional equipment and the complexity of its quick installation-dismantling of weapons.

Also known is the sight for firearms described in the patent application [2]. The sight comprises a housing assembly in which a first plate-shaped assembly is mounted that is functionally attached to the housing and a second mounting plate mounted in the housing opposite the first plate. The assembly and installation mechanism of the sight is configured to sweep the first assembly with the plate and the second mounting plate from the closed position to the open position.

A disadvantage of the known sight is the impossibility of its use on weapons simultaneously with the installation of other sights, as well as the difficulty in mounting and dismounting on weapons.

A device is known for engaging an additional part on a weapon, in particular an aiming device [3]. The device includes at least one ferromagnetic barrel and a ferromagnetic receiver bar containing a base on which an additional part is mounted. On the receiver bar of the weapon, the device is fixed by at least one magnet. Opposite clamping pads are provided on the sides of the base, which, at least in some areas, cover the receiver bar. The clamping pads are mounted on the base with the ability to move perpendicular to the direction of the receiver bar. In addition to the magnetic fixation of the device, a weakened mechanical clamping force is applied to the barrel and / or barrel of the weapon, at least one clamping pad may be pressed against the barrel and / or barrel of the weapon with the possibility of fixing by means of a locking lever.

The disadvantage of this device is the low reliability of magnetic gearing and the inefficiency of its use for military weapons, in particular on Kalashnikov machine guns.

Closest to the proposed invention, a quick-detachable bracket for attaching additional devices to Kalashnikov assault rifles, selected as a prototype [4]. The bracket includes an element of fastening from spring sheet steel to the weapon, which is made in the form of a U-shaped frame with a shelf for attaching the slats. The U-shaped frame is equipped with support plates (left and right), which are located at an angle of 3 to 10 ° and have front, lower and rear support surfaces, supported by structural elements of the machine (receiver), rigidly fixed with nuts mounted on these plates coaxially with the mounting holes on the aiming plate of the machine, and have radial grooves on the end surfaces for locking the fixing screws. The ends of the retaining screws when screwing into the nuts enter the holes for mounting the aiming strip of the machine without touching it. One or more perpendicular holes are made in the caps of the locking screws, in which there is a cylindrical stopper having a cap on one side and a pointed end protruding beyond the lower plane of the locking screw caps under the action of plate springs secured to the screws with lock washers, and interacting with radial grooves of nuts when tightening the fixing screws by hand using rotary brackets. The bracket option can also be made with a second pair of support plates. In this design, on the surface of one of the plates there is a mounting hole with radial grooves, and on the other there is a threaded hole coaxial to the first, through which they are mounted in the transverse hole of the insert with the help of a fixing screw with stoppers. The insert is made of light alloy in the form of a split or solid parallelepiped with cylindrical grooves on its lower and upper side surfaces and repeating the shape of the barrel, gas exhaust pipe and gas tube of the machine. The insert is inserted between them and is fixed either by stopping the end of the gas tube, or by an additional screw having T-shaped or other protrusions or recesses on the vertical side surfaces for mounting additional devices.

The disadvantage of the prototype is its low functionality, due to the inability to use the bracket in conjunction with the standard sight of the weapon, as well as the lack of the possibility of using on one weapon various resettable cases of devices with different sights. The disadvantage is the low versatility of the bracket due to the inability to install attachments on weapons in different combinations.

The objectives of the invention are to eliminate the noted disadvantages and increase versatility

- 1,028,635 devices.

The technical result of the invention is to save the settings previously set on the weapon of the sights during installation and dismantling of the device, and increase the rigidity of its mounting on the standard cover of the receiver of the machine gun. The technical result is also the expansion of the types of attachments and sights mounted on weapons through the proposed removable device for the Kalashnikov machine gun.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device for mounting the sight on a Kalashnikov machine gun of the PKM or PKP type, comprising a quick-detachable tool with supporting elements, the housing of which includes a shelf for attaching a bar, for example a Picatinny rail, and fasteners for attaching the body to a standard machine gun receiver cover, according to According to the invention, a quick-detachable means is made with the possibility of preserving and using a standard mechanical machine gun sight, and the body fastening elements include a rear bracket and a front arm matte is rigidly fixed to the lid of the receiver; the housing additionally contains two inclined lateral longitudinal faces conjugated with the shelf, and is equipped with two paired supporting vertical racks, of which two rear racks are made with two horizontal grooves open back and are intended for lateral and vertical fixing of the housing to the rear bracket, and two lateral inclined faces the housing can be made with holes for mounting additional attachments; the rear bracket is made in the form of a plug and is equipped with two threaded rods on the side faces and cylindrical handles that are screwed onto the studs and mounted with the possibility of support on the cover of the machine gun receiver with the cover of the regular mechanical sight on the sides with rigid fixation by means of two locking screws to the side holes in the sighting pad of a regular mechanical machine gun sight; the front bracket is made in a U-shape and contains two threaded rods on the side faces and two cylindrical handles and is mounted with the possibility of coverage on the sides of the protrusion on the receiver cover in front of a regular mechanical sight.

Two vertical middle racks of the housing contain mounting holes in the form of a keyhole, open downward with the possibility of installing the housing on the studs of the front bracket and fixing the housing to the front bracket with cylindrical handles.

The rear bracket in front contains two protrusions at the ends and is mounted with the possibility of its support on the cover of the receiver of the machine gun with a fork at the front and an adjustment screw at the back to ensure its stable position.

The front bracket contains a fixing U-shaped bracket-ladder with nuts for jamming the bracket body between the protection of the standard mechanical sight and the receiver cover to ensure its reliable fixation to the receiver cover.

The invention is illustrated by drawings in FIG. 1-8.
