Abstract

The invention is related to the field of performing payment transactions, research of the buyer's market and generation of electronic cheques. The technical result achieved by the solution including recording of purchase data and generation of electronic cheques and an archive of electronic cheques consists in simplification of electronic cheque generation, provision of high confidentiality and simplification of scaling of the system for generation of electronic cheques and an archive of electronic cheques. Said technical result is attained by provision of an electronic cheque generation method comprising the steps at which a bank transaction for purchase payment is performed by means of a POS terminal or a mPOS terminal; bank card information is read by means of the POS terminal or the mPOS terminal; unilateral conversion of bank card information to a unique buyer's identifier is carried out by means of the POS terminal or the mPOS terminal; a data batch containing the unique buyer's identifier and the purchase data is transmitted from the POS terminal or the mPOS terminal to the purchase registration service host by means of the international payment systems communication line; and an electronic cheque is generated at the purchase registration service host.

CLAIM 1. A method of generating an electronic check, which includes the steps of a bank transaction to pay for a purchase through a PO8 terminal or TPO8 terminal; read bank card information via a PO8 terminal or TPO8 terminal; carry out one-way conversion of bank card information into a unique identifier of the buyer through a PO8 terminal or TPO8 terminal; transmit a data packet containing a unique identifier of the buyer and purchase data, - 10 027719 from the ΡΘδ terminal or TPO8 terminal to the host of the purchase registration service; form an electronic check on the host of the purchase registration service based on the received data packet, moreover, the purchase data represents at least the name and type of purchase. 2.
