Abstract

The invention relates to holders for carrying individual items, in particular, to handles for carrying plastic, paper-made shopping bags with handles and other items having fixing elements. The inventive result is aimed at widening assortment of devices of similar function, enhancement of convenience for use thereof, improving technological holder abilities, avoiding any hand trauma, providing holding bags, parcels and other subjects with both soft or hard handles. The assigned result is characterized in that the holder, comprising a body (1) with a locking device (2) and a fixing element (3), the body (1) is made of an elastic cord, the locking device (2) consists of two loops (4, 5), formed on two opposite body ends adapted to be inserted one into the other, and the fixing element (3) is positioned between the loops (4, 5) of the locking device (2). The fixing element has a fixing lug (6). A handle (7) with recesses (8) is fastened to one of loops of the locking device.
