Claims (7)
1. Anvendelse af et infrarødt farvestof som reference ved en fremgangsmåde til påvisning af et fugtskadet fugtfølsomt reagens, som er anbragt på en teststrimmel, hvor det fugtfølsomme reagens er baseret på proteolytiske substrater til påvisning af proteaseenzymer eller proteasehæmmere, hvilket fugtfølsomme reagens indbefatter et diazoniumsalt og udvikler farve eller en anden respons lige efter påføring af en prøve, hvilken farve eller anden respons måles og sammenlignes med det infrarøde referencefarvestof.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor det infrarøde farvestof er kombineret med det fugtfølsomme reagens.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor det infrarøde farvestof er placeret separat i forhold til det fugtfølsomme reagens.
4. Anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 1 -3, hvor det infrarøde farvestof er valgt fra gruppen bestående af phthalocyanin, naphthalocyanin, metalkompleksfarvestoffer, fortrinsvis dithiolen-metalkompleksfarvestoffer, polymethinfarvestoffer, cya-ninfarvestoffer, diphenylmethanfarvestoffer, triphenylmethanfarvestoffer, quinon-farvestoffer, azofarvestoffer, ladningsoverførselsfarvestoffer og ladningsresonansfarvestoffer.
5. Anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 1-4, hvor det infrarøde farvestof har en karakteristisk absorbans i det infrarøde område på fra ca. 700 til ca. 2500 nm.
6. Anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 1-5, hvor det fugtfølsomme reagens er et reagens til påvisning af leukocytter i urinprøver.
7. Anvendelse ifølge krav 6, hvor diazoniumsaltet er 1-diazo-2-naphthol-4-sul-fonsyre.
