Claims (5)
1. Lavenergifremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et ikke-derivatiseret nanocellu-losemateriale omfattende (a) at behandle et cellulosemateriale med et kvældningsmiddel for at opnå kvældet cellulosemateriale, (b) at underkaste det kvældede cellulosemateriale en mekanisk formalingsproces, såsom eksempelvis høje forskydningskræfter, højtrykshomogenisering, mikrofluidise-ring, højfriktionskræfter og kombinationer deraf, og (c) at isolere nanocellulo-sematerialet, hvor kvældningsmidlet er et kvældningsmiddel, der kun op-kvælder i n te rkry stal I i n ske regioner, og hvor cellulosematerialet er kendetegnet ved et kvældningsindeks på mellem 1,5 til 3 i kvældningsmidlet, og yderligere hvor kvældningsmidlet er en vandig opløsning af morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf omfattende fra 70 til 99 (vol.-)% morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf, respektivt.
2. Lavenergifremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de vandige opløsninger af morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf omfatter fra 70 til 95 (vol.-)% morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf, respektivt.
3. Lavenergifremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de vandige opløsninger af morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf omfatter fra 80 til 90 (vol.-)% morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf.
4. Lavenergifremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (c) omfatter fjernelse eller neutralisering af kvældningsmidlet.
5. Anvendelse af en vandig opløsning af morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf omfattende fra 70 til 99 (vol.-)% morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf, fortrinsvis fra 70 til 95 (vol.-)% morpholin, piperidin eller blandinger deraf, som et kvældningsmiddel i en lavenergifremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et ikke-derivatiseret nanocellulosemateriale ifølge krav 1.
