Claims (11)
1. Trakeostomirør (1) med en trakeosto mi kanyle (2), som er tilvejebragt i det mindste i områder med skrueformet forstærkning (3) og med mindst én pho-nationsåbning (10), der er anbragt i trakeostomi-kanylen (2), kendetegnet ved, at stigningen (S2) af den skrueformede forstærkning (3) i området af den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) forøges, således at den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) tilpasses mellem to vindinger af den skrueformede forstærkning (3).
2. Trakeostomirør ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den skrueformede forstærkning (3) er helt integreret i trakeostomikanylen (2).
3. Trakeostomirør ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den skrueformede forstærkning (3) er formet kontinuerligt.
4. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at trakeostomikanylen (2) omfatter en krumning (9), således at vindingerne af den skrueformede forstærkning (3) trykkes sammen ved den indvendige radius (Ri) af krumningen (9) og er bøjet, så der er åbne ved den udvendige radius (Ra) af krumningen, og at den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) er anbragt ved den udvendige radius (Ra) af krumningen (9).
5. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt flere phonationsåbninger (10), som er anbragt mellem vindingerne af den skrueformede forstærkning (3).
6. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at stigningen (S2) af den skrueformede forstærkning (3) i det område, hvor den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) er anbragt, er ca. seks gange minimumsstigningen (S1).
7. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det samlede frie område af alle phonationsåbninger (10) ligger i området fra ca. 30 til 125 mm2.
8. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at længden (L1) af området med forøget stigning (S2) af den skrueformede forstærkning (3), hvor den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) er anbragt, er ca. 14 til 18% af den samlede længde (Lges) af trakeostomikanylen (2).
9. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at begge ender (4, 7) af trakeostomikanylen (2) er uden forstærkning.
10. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at en indvendig kanyle, som omfatter mindst én phonationsåbning, som flugter med den mindst én phonationsåbning (10) af trakeostomikanylen (2), er anbragt i trakeostomikanylen (2).
11. Trakeostomirør ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at en muffe (5) er fastgjort til enden (4) af trakeostomikanylen (2) for at anbringes i luftrøret.
